We also are pretty much forced to use Cvs pharmacy by our insurance and I am so disappointed in every aspect of the pharmacy. I was in car line the other night with 2 cars in front of me, when I got up to the window she told me I couldnt get my Rx we are closed now. I was appalled! They have the mirror so they shld know what cars are in line and maybe go the xtra step and someone come out and tell me Im not gonna make it in time, I wld gladly of came inside. They never have my prescriptions in stock. I even pleaded with the girl at the window I had to have that medication or I could go into withdrawal, she didnt care. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture that Cvs is awful. Every chance my Ins. Co. Lets me I go to Bills!!!

The pharmacy is a joke and has been a terror to switch to from walgreens. Ive been here 3 times now and every time there is an issue or they dont have/know where my Rx is... they created 2 different profiles for me..allegedly merged them in to 1 profile like it should be..yet here we are today still with 2 profiles and issues. If my insurance allowed 90 day refills I would be back at walgreens immediately.

absolutely no support in trying to get a prescription filled for over a month. Then when the perscription is re sent by the doctor they question low strength of what the doctor is giving me. While this may be understandable it would help if they called me and let me know so I can contact my doctor. The staff at this place is the worst I have ever seen in my life.

This CVS and all the others, probaley deal with 1000 plus a day. Yes the line s can get a little lone from time to time, but considering how many people they have a day, they do a very good job! You always get more when you have a positive attitude than when you are in a hurry and or upset.. I believe this CVS is doing a GREAT Job...

The customer service here is horrible! Wait AT LEAST 5 Mins for somebody to come to the window. Then they messed up my prescription. Currently in the parking lot waiting for them to fix it...I guess the get paid either way but woooow... WALGREENS>CVS (Bell Shoals and Bloomingdale)

Pharmacy is terrible. They take forever (40 min longer than they said) and one of the pharmacy techs has no idea what she is doing but tries to give unsolicited medical advice. Im switching to Walgreens
