I have my mom drop off my prescription for me because I didnt have enough time myself. When I want to go pick up a few days later they said that it wasnt dropped off there and that they couldve been sent to another Walgreens even though my mother drop it off her self. The man I was talking to was acting like I was crazy. Like sorry I didnt lose my perscription, you guys did. He looked through all the prescriptions on the day that I had mine dropped off. I just walked out. Ill just have my doctor send it to them or maybe a different one. They didnt even apologize. Overall, this was just a terrible experience at this Walgreens.

These guys are USELESS. They told me my prescription would be ready in 2 hours. I came 3hrs later but it wasnt ready because they couldnt read the date. Then they told me it would take 10 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and it wasnt ready and they told me to wait (in the drive thru). After 10 more minutes they said it wouldnt be ready for another hour so I left and said I would be back. THEN they call me to tell me they dont have enough to fill the prescription. This isnt the first time theyve done this - im not sure why I keep going back.

the cashier is rude . Today at 7 pm I went with my daughter she is a year and a half and she I picked a lallipot She touch it with his lips has a plastic cover ( no open , no eat)and let it out ..... according to the cashier and she put it in her mouth sarcastic she talked me "pay for that" please... Every body touch evething and sometimes returned days later.... I know when stupid people no have small children no understand.. They are learning... No for that ... You have to be rude .....

Everyone in there is so sweet to me and the store is always well organized and clean, which is hard to do with so many customers coming through so I appreciate their hard work.
