I understand that unless youre a literal pharmacist, qualifications to work at a pharmacy arent very strict. However, if you loathe customers and have zero education in your field, choose a profession that doesnt screw with peoples medications and personal health. Ive had the most inconsistent service. I receive different information about the same topics involving transferring medications, getting refills, insurance help or whats on file for me. Each time Im there I go with a clean slate of expectations- but its quickly changed. Thank God for me having knowledge of my medications, prescription history and whats policy enough to be a self advocate. I cant imagine how others might not be as lucky.

This pharmacy is terrible. I have always used Walgreens pharmacies and have never had to deal with such incompetence at one of their locations until I moved to this area and started using this one. They consistently fill the wrong prescriptions (filling one for Clomiphene when I called in a refill on my prenatals, filling one for Ovidrel when I dropped off a script for Macrobid, sending my husband home with Progesterone when I really needed Clomiphene). Their negligence is irresponsible and is going to cause one of their patients to get seriously hurt. Im taking my business to another pharmacy and I encourage you to do so as well.

I have to tell you this stores staff is amazing. Always helpful and amazing. Between Kiri and Dimitrius they helped me make a special photo booklet. I cant thank them enough for their patience... I know what is to work in the service industry and its hard to find good people... I was utterly impressed and am thinking of switching all my meds here. Hopefully the pharmacy staff is as good.

I would give this pharmacy ZERO STARS if I could!! Rude staff who are so nasty and treat you with such disgust!! Violated HIPAA by loudly talking about my medical information in front of numerous customers before and have given me difficulty with filling my prescription every time even after calling to verify with the physician!!!

Had 16 pills go missing. When I asked for my pills they treated me like I was a theif. I called corporate, I called the police. I finally called my uncle who is in the DEA and after a investagation I got my pill 1.5 weeks level. My pills are 45$ each so I was not happy to loose 16 of the pills.

Front staff..great! Always greet me, feels like Im welcome. Pharmacy staff on the other hand....rudest group of people ever. The pharmacist cant be bothered to help. Techs..overworked, and could care less. Ill shop there...but I will never use that pharmacy again. Walmart is cheaper anyway

Pharmacy is extremely rude made me so mad I had visions of going over the counter. They need to be taught a lesson like the customer is the reason these assholes have a job. Id fire the pharmacist and get one that actually cares about the customers

Slowest most inefficient pharmacy ever. The wait time is horrendous and the customer service seriously lacks. I will be transferring all of prescriptions elsewhere, even if that means I have to drive further!
