I just went to this CVS and realized why I havent been back there in awhile (preferring the Walgreens just down the street or any other CVS) -- the young man behind the counter was very rude by Greenville standards. I tried to make light conversation; there was no one else around or I would have kept quiet, but when he wasnt even responding to what I had said, meaning he heard me, but could have cared less, so I tried to get him to understand that I had just had a mini stroke, he could not have cared less, I could tell when I looked him in the eyes. I mean, I spent over $100. I guess they dont need the business, so I wont be going back here EVER again. I normally do not like to complain, but Customer Service is NOT one of this stores priorities. Although, it is a shame because I was very impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness of the store itself, very impressed by that.

This is a wonderful CVS. The employees remember you after being there a few times and the pharmacy is great. Most negative feedback is from people who expect a handout and feel that they can talk down to anyone. Ive seen people come into this CVS and automatically begin complaining. We must treat people as we want treated. I dont believe that the employees at this CVS treat anyone negatively. My wife and I truly enjoy going to this CVS.

I went to the minute clinic. There was a really long line, but once I go in it was fast and easy. They took my insurance and I was feeling better in a few days. I highly recommend if you are not feeling week to get in to a place that is going to get you better and back on your feet in no time.

Ive been to the doctor here is she was helpful. As far as check out lines are concerned...sometimes there will be someone to help check you out, other times there wont be.

Worst customer service! I will never shop at this location again! I would rather drive to mauldin to get the items that I need than have to deal with this staff!

This is just like your average CVS. Just be aware that the parking lot is very tight and it is extremely difficult to get in and out of.
