DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS EVER!!!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!! If I could give this pharmacy a worse review, I would. I sat on hold for an hour on the phone. The staff is absolutely awful. Ive been waiting to pick up my allergy medications for a week now. They say they still havent heard from my doctors office... funny thing is, it was their take care clinic that prescribed it! Then, I after being put on hold several times, I was hung up on. Asked to speak to a manager, was told that they didnt have one. Asked for the corporate number, was told that they didnt know what it was. Got put on hold AGAIN! This time for twenty minutes, when one of the staff members decided they were sick of hearing the phone ring, so they took the phone off the hook and I could hear everything they were doing. Awful, awful, AWFUL! Then "Miss Simpson" decided to argue with me about the corporate number and not giving it to me. Telling me I was wrong and all that good stuff. Well, congrats lady, I called and reported you, specifically, to your home office. Hope you hear from them soon. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS EVER!

HORRIBLE LOCATION! Pharmacy staff do not know how to handle customers. Waited in the drive through lane for over 25 minutes trying to get someones attention. They had the phone off the hook so the call button wouldnt work. After banging on the window for 5 minutes a customer got the attention of the pharmacy staff who then attempted to help me. I called the store to speak to a manager and they kept transferring me to the wrong number, each time waiting on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Once I finally did speak to him he didnt seem to care. If you care anything about customer service or dont have hours out of your day to spend here, do NOT go.

Ive been struggling to get my prescriptions from them ive called 6 times over the past 2 months to get my prescriptions. ive GONE PERSONALLY TWICE to the STORE and then the women over the phone said to go to cvs and i did when i went it was a waste of time they said walgreens hadnt even contacted them for my medicine. If i had something terminal this would be a nightmare. i gave up. the store is great but the pharmacy not so much as far as my experience Ive been in pain and its all thanks to you (:

Was initially told my prescription would be ready at three, that was at one. Called the pharmacy to check if it was ready, took them a while to figure that out bur no, anytime after four they say. I leave home at four and now I have to wait a little longer for them to fill the prescription they were supposed to fill hours ago. All the while my girlfriend is in misery after having a cesarean and I have to tell her it still isnt ready. "Just a little longer babe". Sad.

Ive never had any issues here. Well stocked store, friendly staff and good service. Open 24/7. The pharmacy takes long to fill prescriptions but only during busy hours. It is better to call ahead of time and only go to pick up the meds inside the store. Only one person runs the pharmacy drive-thru so it gets slow during peak hours. One bad thing is the homeless people loitering outside.

I created an order online to pick up 50 printed invitations/photos. They were ready quickly, but some of the wording was cut off. The young lady working, Rhonda, worked quickly to fix this issue! She was able to get the image to fit on the dimensions desired, and the invitations look perfect! I was also pleased with the special that was going on, because my order was 40% off!

Even when calling from a physician office, the pharmacy has no regard for anyone but themselves. I have called these guys as a customer and as a health care professional and I have never once been able to speak to a pharmacist. I would always wait on hold for upwards and hour, then I give up. Walgreens corporate should know about this and be ashamed.

Pharmacy is a joke! She told me they didnt have one of my prescriptions, rather than call and get it filled at another location she told me it would possibly be in on a Monday which was 4 days away smh. That wasnt going to fly with me, so I told her to call another Walgreens so that I could get my prescription filled.

Stay away unless youre into LONG waits and severely incompetent staff. This is the most clueless pharmacy Ive EVER been to. Problems range from not understanding how to deal with proper codes for insurance coverage to terrible communication amongst staff and doctors office. REALLY awful.

Call the store to see if they have a medication in stock stated we can see control you have to come to the store and see if we have it in stock. Who does that I us ally use CVS they are way better but disnt have the medication in stock they were to tell me on the phone.

WORST PHARMACY EVER IN COUNTRY!!!!! Rude, unprofdssional,inconsiderate. Needs to be shut down. The store manager is the worst of worst,the pharmacy is the most nastiest, money hungry place Ive ever been to n when my perscription is up, I will NEVER EVER RETURN!!!!!!!

2 stars just because the store itself is nice and the associates are friendly/helpful. The pharmacy is another story. Why have I been waiting in line for 15-20 minutes? There are 5 cars behind me as we speak . consistently slow refilling prescriptions as well.

I tried to call the pharmacy. They answered. When I asked them if they carried a specific prescription they told me they were going to transfer me to the pharmacy, which is who I was already talking to. They hung up on me. TWICE.

Went in on Valentines day, surprised to see the valentines day aisles fully stocked and organized. And there was barely any wait at the register as soon add I got in line the manager opened a lounge and was very friendly.

Ive never used the pharmacy, but I have a membership there that gives me discounts on my purchases. Its genius. You should get one. The employees ask if you need help finding anything, very attentive.

my prescriptions are never filled at the time given...NEVER!!! the pharmacy staff could care less about their customers. If you want bad attitude and bad service, this is the store for you!

Will not poop here again, toilet paper made my butthole bleed. Must be a sales pitch, put bad toilet paper in bathroom so upon leaving you have to buy meds for your butt.

Received different reasons the could not fi a prescription. Did not feel "The Pharmacy you can trust" quite the opposite. CVS across 56th street no problems.
