Horrible service at the pharmacy!!! I was quoted 20 minutes to wait for my daughters prescription. We waited in the store. After 35 minutes, after never being called, I waited in line to find out the status of my prescription. I waited at least another 5-7 minutes in line to check on my prescription. Then, the pharmacist told me that they didnt have the medicine in stock. I was angry. Why didnt they tell me that 25 minutes ago? I could have waited even longer if I hadnt checked on it. I was outraged. On my way out the store, I told the manager on duty. (May 1, 2013) He looked at me like a deer in headlights and said, "Im sorry." That was it. He didnt really care. He went back to talking to an employee. This was not my first bad experience with this Walgreens. I had a similar experience but attributed it to them having a bad day. No more. I will never go back to Walgreens again, especially the one on Van Dyke Road. I will take my prescriptions to Publix, and never step foot in that place again.

I really like this Walgreen Store. Staff is very friendly and I know most of them by name as my wife and I shop there and get a lot of our medications from this store. Kim, who is over the pharmacy, goes above and beyond your job. Kim even, without asking, set down and went over our drugs and shots that they could provide. Today my wife, Marsha, accidentally took my prescription medicines. She called this Walgreens (this was on a Saturday) and told Ailyn what she did. She looked up both medications and assured my wife that everything was O.K. This is just a few reasons why we LOVE this Walgreens.

Worst experience ever. Horrible service and other Eric priced. All you need to do is call other pharmacies and price check. They also did not have my prescriptions and did not tell me that when I arrived. They pretended like all was fine. They would not give me one of my prescriptions that I have been on for a while and didnt even try to help. I used them one time and one time only. Horrible service. If they rebut this here, it will be my pleasure to show everyone how untrained and un concerned they really are.

Jeremy and Andrew are amazing! My partner teacher and I came in with some pics to print for our classroom (pics of my students with additional text on top) and the upload we tried didnt print correctly, due to the format, but these two gentlemen worked on my project, making it perfect for my students for an hour and a half and counting!! Im still here and these guys wont stop working until the pics are perfect! I appreciate them SO MUCH!!!! Thank you guys!

The male pharmacist was extremely RUDE, short; behaved and spoke like we were an inconvenience to him ..... LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOURE FIRED as well take our business & RX elsewhere!
