If zero stars was an option I would have chosen it. I had gotten flowers from this shop once before and they were not the same as online. I let it go, it wasnt too far off. However, this Mothers Day I wanted to send my mother flowers and I chose an all purple arrangement with a purple container online. My mother sent me a picture of them, containing pink and other colors with a white container. Again, it was supposed to be ALL purple, being my mother loves the color purple, this was the reason I purchased that arrangement. So I called and I explained the situation and they claimed it was a mix up. They agreed to send out another arrangement. I am not kidding you, it was wrong again. They argued with me like my mother and I were color blind. I say my mother because after I called again stating it was still wrong and they offered a refund, they called my mother and told her they were going to come get the flowers!!!! I called them she said "Well yeah if you are getting your money back I will get my flowers back!" Who in their right minds conducts business this way. After I told them no way would they go get the flowers back just leave the charge they (there were two girls) started laughing and I asked if it was funny to them and they replied "Very funny!". I am not sure how you mess up your own flower arrangements (false advertisement maybe) but if you are OK with purchasing an arrangement and they decide to just put whichever flowers they want and use whatever color container they want instead of what you bought, go to them! If you want to be told you will get a refund but then the person you sent the "wrong flowers" to get a call they are going to come take the flowers back and you are OK with that, go to them! I am upset because I have never been treated that way especially when it was their issue I honestly dont think they had purple roses and instead of telling me I was wrong they should have just stated that was the reason. Way to conduct a business girls. You lost a customer.

Flowers by Grace has been in my community for many years. There has never been an occasion that I was not please with their service or an arrangements delivered to my home or the recipient address. The owner has gone beyond her call of duty and responsibility, and made many exceptions which include; taking many last minute orders to please me the customer. I highly recommend this shop, when you walk into their shop, you are quickly welcomed and to made to feel at home. The owner has a reputation as being an amazing person who floral design skills is exceptional, amazingly beautiful and always beyond ones expectation. There isnt an arrangement that is made by Flowers By Grace that does not conveys the customers story. The staff of Flowers By Grace are willing to go beyond their duties to accommodate their customers requests. If you plan to order any arrangements from Flowers By Grace in the future during any busy holiday such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day or Christmas , I strongly suggest pre-ordering.
