After placing the order, I called to confirm it was received and the rep was confusing the billing address for the delivery address. After fixing their mistake he reassured me that by 3PM the arrangement would arrive. By 3:30 I had not heard any delivery confirmation and then called back again, the same rep said the driver had finished another delivery a couple of miles away and that it should be arriving in the next 25min. At 4PM I STILL had not heard anything so I called back 4 times and no answer! By this time he recognized my number and refused to pick up my phone call. It wasnt until 4:45PM (right when my girlfriend was leaving work) that the driver showed up at her building and called her to come downstairs to pick up her flowers. When my girlfriend came downstairs he asked her to sign a paper while he was smoking a cigarette right in front of her. I highly recommend anyone who reads to to NEVER order from these incompetent people.

Yosvi is one of the best places Ive ever done business with. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with the way they handled my arrangements. I had three deliveries out on the same day and all of them arrived on time, and I got a confirmation email for each of them. I called and spoke to Herbert and also a lady I dont remember her name they were very courteous, and patient with me on the phone. I would recommend anyone in the Miami area to use their service. I would like to say thanks to Yosvi Flowers for taking care of my arrangements...money well spent, the flowers were beautiful, and my wife was very happy......

I had the most amazing experience with Herbert (who I think he and his wife own this florist, not sure) anyway, I called him on Friday February 10th (Weekend of Valentines) for flowers for a funeral service for Sunday..... He immediately helped me and they made the most beautiful arrangements for us! So impressed, communication was great, they allowed me to text the message we wanted on the card and he texted me the pictures of the flowers (which were beautiful) and when delivery was completed! Will definitely use Yosvi flowers again and again!

This place is the best!! I cant give more starts because 5 is the maximum. I called the same day, 1 hour before, and with that short term they prepared my flowers and delivered!!! Incredible!! Very sad with the arrangement that my mother in law and my grandmother got for mothers day. Nothing like the picture. sadly, I will not be ordering from them again. I expected quality for having paid $134 for just one of the two flower arrangements I got from them. Never again

Ordered flowers for christmas from this florist vase was from dollar store all the roses were cut different lengths some were so short were not able to keep them in the water.I sent them an email saying how dissatisfied. I was they never responded....would not recommend
