desagradable las flores,,,de verdad me desepcione. carisimo los precios inpuntualidad , y no me enviaron lo que les pedi,,,pusieron excusas y de verdad no lo recomiendo he visto flores mejores de esas que venden en la calle que las que esta genete ofrece...muy desepcionada y no se los recomiendo a nadie,,,,hay muchas floristas reconocidad en el area palmetto yasmine flowers, petals design, flowers by vivian coll, miami flowers ink. flowers by sandra, bueno para que no pasen el mal momento.!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST I ordered three arrangements this past mothers Day. First, the driver called my mothers house that he could not find the address, had my brother meet him to pick up the flowers and take them to my mother as well as my other arrangement (going to a different address) for my grandmother. I paid a $8 delivery fee on each arrangement only for them not to get delivered. Then, all three arrangements were the exact same!!!! Same vase, same style, and SLOPPY! I paid extra to order a DELUXE arrangement ($12 more) for my mother and hers came the exact same as the other two, nothing deluxe about it. Matter of fact it was horrible. I proceeded to call Bud Stop and request a refund or asked them to deliver another arrangement. They said they would deliver a replacement arrangement for the deluxe order...It was never delivered. That week I called and requested a refund. They told me they would give me a refund, it is now a month later and I still have not received a refund.

This Florist shop is by far the worst ever. Extremely rude employees, managers, and horrible service. They didnt deliver my flowers on the day they were suppose to be delivered and when they said they would deliver them another day, they failed at delivering them the second day as well. When you call they keep you on hold for 45-50 minutes long. A manager named "Richard" hung up on me and Cursed me out. If I could rate less than half a star I would but Google wont let me. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go here!! Horrible experience.

Simply awesome. Five months ago The Bud Stop saved us from a floral nightmare when the florist we originally had canceled on us just weeks before our wedding. Debbie was professional, knowledgeable and able to accommodate us to create beautiful flower arrangements. The wife and I are forever grateful. Bud stop for the win!!

My Husband has limited phone access in Afghanistan. He used one of his phone privileges to call The Bud Stop to order me flowers for Valentines day. It is now the day after and I still have no flowers. And no one from the store has e-mailed or called me for any explanation. We will not use this florist again.

Super disappointed! Bought a corsage for my 8 year old yesterday for a special father/daughter dance and not only was it expensive ($26 For something that tiny). They didnt make it in the color I requested and it didnt even fit her wrist. Nice way to ruin a special moment Bud Shop.

I can call this place and describe a situation or feeling Im buying flowers for and they are always perfect..been getting flowers there since my first date in middle school, Im 30 now...I buy flowers there to send or take with. Love them
