So first off Im a major procrastinator! I waited til Sunday afternoon around 2pm to look for a florist open that can deliver an arrangement that same day! These guys did that for me. Only florist I found open that late on a Sunday and could actually do the same day delivery! So thats the first plus... Secondly, before even delivering the arrangement literally within an hour or so, they texted me a picture of the arrangement. Thirdly, I called back asking to add some birthday balloons, which they had ran out of but happened to have two other ones that would do the trick, and never did charge me for them. Fourthly, the arrangement was beautiful! First time ever that the flower arrangement I send to someone met or exceeded my expectations! Fifth, whoever delivered the flowers was very courteous to our 88 year old birthday girl, complimented her shirt telling her she matched her floral arrangement. I am just very pleased and appreciative of this florist and will be using them again from here on out! Thank You so much Jack the Florist !!!

I called four florists in the Hialeah area at 9:00 am and Jack The Florist was the only one who was willing to deliver before 12 noon. He personally answered the phone in a very cheerful helpful professional manner. He assured me that it wouldnt be a problem getting the arrangement over to the funeral home before noon. I will definitely call Jack The Florist for my next floral need.

I originally went to Omels near 49th st. The flowers I had ordered were wilted and looked awful. I felt so bad to take them to the hospital where my sick relative was. I came to see Jack and he took such good care of me. Outstanding customer service, great price, and the most beautiful lemon rose arrangement I could have asked for! Thank you so much Jack!

5 stars all the way! I wont bother buying any flowers from anywhere else. I live in South Beach and willing to drive 45 min to get my flowers from Jack. He is a great person, very talented, only sells you the best. The flowers always last for at least 2 weeks and sometimes 3 weeks. Amazing quality for a very reasonable prices!
