I LOVE CHUCK & DONS!! I have lived in several cities across the Minneapolis metro and these stores are the best! Now living near Maple Grove, this is my home store. The associates are always friendly, greet with a smile, and eager to help when they can. Even when I have questions on product (I am one to do some research before coming into the store), they seem knowledgeable. Im so happy they have the buy 10/12 get a bag free promotions. I wont shop anywhere else!

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices can be a little high here, but that tends to be the trade off with buying from a brick and mortar store. Plenty of high quality products to choose from. They offer a service to help shelters adopt out cats. There are always a few on display waiting for great homes. Its worth checking out if you are looking to adopt.

They have the best food and great staff. I like the friends of Chuck program. When I bring my 1yr old daughter in they help bring my dog food out which really helps. Thanks Chuck and Dons. I also like that the carry Minnesota made dog food.

Good selection of brands. Rather expensive, but I like that some dog & cat food has a "buy x# of bags, get 1 free". Some staff are very knowledgeable about their products, others seem rather clueless. Generally friendly and helpful.

I no longer shop at the big box pet food stores. Love Chuck and Dons. Staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and dont focus on which dealer is in the store to try to sell you a product.
