People need to undestand grooming is not easy, you get crybabys (dogs yelping when you trimmed them) for no reason, you get dogs that our tough to do, that bite, that scratch, and you get matted dogs that have to be short, I really wish people would understand that. If it is matted and has to be short, learn to brush your dog. If a dog is yelping, you dont know why so dont assume it is because the groomer is somehow a poor groomer, please take into account if you have never groomed a dog before, they are just like children and cry over things to get attention. Petco has great Groomers who care about what they do and the dogs.

I have never had a problem at this store. Everyone is always friendly! Ive had my dog groomed several times and they always do a great job. Honestly, I dont know how they do it! They get bit, pooped on and have to wrestle with the dogs to cut nails and such. Ester, maybe it was your water and environment your crabs and fish were in. Animals dont just die over and over again without an explanation. You people need to get your facts straight before posting low ratings and nasty remarks.

Went in to purchase a medicine / nutrient for my puppy ABOUT THREE DAYS AGO. Was told that it was out of stock but would be back on shelf the following day by 3:00 pm. Returned for the item and was told that the "box" was not unpacked yet. Told to return the following day. Returned and still not "unpacked." Went across the street to Pet Smart and got what I needed on the first visit. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD BECAUSE OF LAZY AND UNMOTIVATED STAFF.

Ive had my parakeet for about a year and a half. When I bought her, she was mistreated by the staff in front of me. Who knows what they did to her when no one was around. Ive been working steadily to ease her PTSD. It was some shorter, chubby blonde woman who thought itd be funny to to slam her hand against the side of the glass next to my birds sleeping head, which terrified her and all the other keets in the giant cage. Unacceptable.

This place is very friendly and they have a good selection of items. The prices are reasonable and I often price match from the website with no problem. The great thing is that they have a rewards card that rewards you with $5 for every $100 you spend and I get frequent coupons. This makes me choose them over their competitor.

Great staff, great selection.. They are so helpful and so friendly. I go here a good bit and they are such nice people. My dog and I enjoy every visit. They have a great selection of fish and reptiles. Also, the rats, mice, and such are great. Everything seems to be well cared for and loved.

While waiting for the vet to get my dogs vaccines someone at Petco called the police an said they wanted me off the property Ive been shopping here a long time but no more youve lost my business I hope you get shutdown your employees are rude anyway Ill take my business to Petsmart.

The groomer shaved a nearly bare spot on my dogs chest. Not just a nick or a slip. This was like two or three passes. It was not subtle. I noticed it as soon as she came out to greet me. And another dog was being trimmed and kept yelping every minute or two.

Have purchased 4 fancy hermit crabs on 2 different occasions. They lived a week. Fish bought here died within days. My 1st clue should have been the salesperson checking ed 2 see if they were alive. I wont be back.
