This Starbucks has the trashiest customer service Ive ever experienced. The barista felt like she was on something, I told her the cc machine needed her authorization and she told me the machine needs to get over it (not likely since its a machine meant to be operated by humans) she then gets my order wrong, then blames it on me to the customer behind me. Then I hear her tell another customer that she really hates people. Obviously customer service is not her calling, perhaps she would be better suited in a different profession.

Just stopped by Safeway to pick up 6 items to make dinner with. I wanted to pay with a check as it is all I had with me. As a local with my address on the check and a safeway membership entered they couldnt accept a check for 20 dollars without my ID present. I have used this approach with at the City Markets and they have never had a problem with it. What a waist of time. I will not be back to that store for not respecting their locals until I have spent at least $1000 in groceries.

Clean store. No really. There was two, not one. But, two guys cleaning the freezer windows together. Its winter time and the floors were clean and dry. I had to say this review, as it wouldnt be right to hold it in. An excellent diverse group of employees. Steven bagged our groceries and was just a tower of joy. Last, but not least. The cool brotherman at the deli was a great help. We ended up buying more than we planned. But, I must say. We ate it all. Keep up the good work homie.

I honestly despise shopping at this Safeway. Everytime I choose to go there, Im always disappointed, & unsatisfied. The manager loves to argue over discounts on smooshed bread & things, & the deli I gave up on years ago. Make the trek to city market in Dillon in or Breck. Or cross the street and spend your $$ with Natural grocers or whole foods. All a much better choice than this Safeway store.

This review is specifically for the Pharmacist (tech?) Nathan - who was on duty in the Frisco Safeway Pharmacy the evening August 1, 2014. The pharmacy was closing in 10 minutes and this gentleman filled 4 of my complicated transferred prescriptions without batting an eye. He was careful, professional, efficient and kind. Nice work Safeway. Excellent employee.

This store was out of a lot of stuff. I hot some straks from the meat counter and it took forever. There was a guy helping me and in the meat department and he seemed bothered that he had to help me. Then i had to have help in the veggies they were out of something i needed there too. This guy was nice but no veggies.

Seemed like a nice store, but after 45 minutes of shopping they told us the registers were down for at least an hour. We were told to leave our carts and they locked the doors. Probably an isolated incident, but its my first impression.

Safeway in Frisco is a great place to go shopping if you dont want to spend money at while foods, dont want to have to go through the pain of the nearby Wal-Mart, and are trying to avoid the constant busyness of City Market in Dillon.

Poorly staffed. Only one cashier on duty with a really long line. Consequently, we did self checkout with a full cart of groceries and they are only designed with space for a few items. Long slow process juggling groceries.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful when i needed the location of products that i could not locate by myself.The price of the food here is a bit pricey but very fresh and tasty.

I dont know where Colorado folks get their fresh produce from... Went to 4 different grocery stores and this is the first one that had fresh produce. But in general it was pretty expensive. :/

Usually have great lunch food selection, most is per pound. Ever since they went down from 6 to 4 self check out registers its been a nightmare to buy one item in less than 20 minutes.

Great flower shop, Lisa was very nice, she spend lot time to help me make flower for me and my girlfriend first anniversary. the service is very good, I highly recommend.
