Poor customer service. An employee (Edward) had a choice: A) scan a membership card without the customers personal information, completing a sale., or B) lose the sale, lose a customer, and have an employee use their time to put the products selected back on the shelves. Yes, he chose B. We could debate which choice was in the best interest of the store. Or if the actions of one employee is indicative of the stores culture of poor customer service. But, Id rather just go to Super Target. Yes, its an extra 5 minutes out of my way. But, the better prices, the higher quality of private label products, and the friendly /helpful customer service make that drive worthwhile.

This is where many of the locals shop, so it can get pretty busy --just like any supermarket. To avoid crowds, shop on weekdays, but make sure to avoid the lunch/after-work timeframe. It has pretty great prices and a great selection! If youre going to be in the area for a while, make sure to pick up the rewards card for the store in order to get better savings. There are many employees located throughout the store and overall, they are extremely friendly. During our stay of 4 weeks, this was our primary grocery shopping destination.

GREAT grocery store, affiliated with Kroger and King Sooper. Large fresh vegetable section, big case of ready to take sandwiches, wraps and salads, and HUGE selection of ready to heat dinner items and Boars Head deli meat, which is our favorite. Very convenient if youre on vacation, but tired of eating out and want to save some money. Bakery department is o.k. We picked up a mocha cake for a family birthday and it was outstanding. Only thing we wanted that they didnt have was maple bacon.

I went in to use the ATM and a so called manager with no manager tag threatened to call the cops on me if I didnt leave. How was I supposed to know the store was closed when the doors were wide open. I told him they need to put a sing up and he pointed to the sign at the OTHER door that was facing the OTHER DIRECTION. Like I can see that sign a million miles away, see through it and read it backwards I will NEVER go back in there again! How rude.

This store is very nice. The checker we had was not friendly and pushing us out the door. I hate when a cashier starts pushing the person behind me items thru, when I havent even put my money in my purse. She put the money on top of the receipt which made it more difficult to put my money away. The bagger was even saying is this your item? Which it was the people behind us. All in all it is a nice store it just happens to he tourist season.

HOORAY!!! GRAND REOPENING! After taking the summer to complete a "face lift" our local market has reopened in full. They have it all now- prepared foods bistro, rotisserie chicken, olive bar, extensive deli, fresh seafood, and a Starbucks. Best market to hit in the county because they have outstandingly low prices, but also a comprehensive selection of organic and premium items as well.

Theyre almost done with a remodel that they definitely needed. This is usually a stupidly busy grocery store in the winter -- full of people on vacation. Its rough over the holidays as theyll run out of product when people stock up for their weekend in a condo. If you know going in there may or may not be broccoli, you come prepared to use cauliflower instead + its all good.

You can expect to sack your own groceries and youd better be quick about it, there are folks in line behind you because only two checkout lanes are open. Sad, City Market used to have real sackers that actually helped you out to the car with your groceries. Now you get to pay 4-5 times as much and have the added joy of doing your own bagging.

This supermarket has a wide variety of products, particularly for a small town. There are ethnic foods to cater to the international client, as well as basic staples, deli, and bakery for the local clients. There is also a pharmacy, a bank, and a Starbucks under the same roof. Just too many people some days!

Haphazard item placement and cluttered appearance due to undergoing construction but still a serviceable store. Suggestion: if you want to stay open during a remodel thats fine but then remodel one space at a time instead of gutting everything all at once and taking so long to fix it.

They recently remodeled this store pretty dramatically so were still getting used to the new layout. It feels cleaner and more open now so its definitely an improvement. For those that dont know, this is another name for a King Soopers or Kroger.

Very good selection of fresh food. Better prices than safeway and about the only place to shop in dillion and Silverthorn. Maye sure to get the shoppers card to save some money a lot of there products have shoppers card discounts.

City Market has a large variety, good produce, and good customer service. They are currently under renovation and finding things is slightly more difficult, but the friendly staff will always walk you over to your desired product.

No grocery store in the world has quite the same view from the parking lot. Grocery has great selection for being a mountain store and the prices are competitive given is location in the middle of the resorts. Great bakery, too.

Its the only full supermarket in the area, but its great to see the same price & quality as my Denver metro Kroger, not getting mountain-town gouged. Gets awfully crowded on the weekend but checkout times remain short.

Theyre always moving stuff around, making it difficult to find what I need. This is one of the most poorly stocked grocery stores Ive been to. Half the time I go here theyre out of at least 2 items that Im looking for

Very disappointing customer service by the bakery manager.I was always taught customers come first but not this manager she acted as if I disrupted her day. I have not been back since and thats b been a year ago.

Well stocked with higher end items without outrageous prices. Good variety of fresh items as well. I purchased the Colorado brats with cheddar and was very pleased. Good sales on products that I frequently buy.

A great place to prep for your mountain adventure. In case you dont know this is a sister store to Denvers King Soopers so your loyalty card and coupon app works here. The prices dont seem at all inflated.

Limited food on shevles. Picked over stocking not kept up. Bathrooms a mess. Employees in the meat department makings inappropriate comments about their girl friends. We could hear them down the row.

For being in a resort area, the prices were really reasonable. During our week staying at keystone, this has been a convenient spot to keep our fridge stocked. Decent organic food section.

Actual cold cuts and bakery. Boars head meat. Decent butcher section. I drive 30-40 miles weekly to not go to the safeway in leadville or frisco. Clean and nice. And fuel points

This would be called a Kroger back home in Houston. Nice store with everything you need but nothing extravagant you would expect from something like a whole foods.
