This rouses is the one I have been at for years now. But today was my last time!! The store manger Mr Patrick and the front end manger Joseph accused me of forging someones name on a wic folder!!! I was pissed!! I told them both this is rediculas and I shop here all the time. Even another manger knew who I was bc she sees me there weekly! Joseph also is the one that does my wic 90% of the time. One thing I know is when you work in the CS business you should know your faces! Anyways, I said I can prove this is mine!! You can look at my ids and other things I have in my car that its MINE! Sure enough he was like " ok maybe it is yours" seriously!! Yes its mine!! I want an apology! He stayed ok sorry. After this I really can say I will never return unless he is fired!! And for the store manger to not come tell me he was sorry is definitely not someone that should be in CS!!!

I called to see if they had the Advocate Newspaper because I was having trouble finding it as everyone seems to be sold out. I asked if the woman who answered the phone could look to see if my grandfathers obituary was in it to make sure before I went to the store. I was told "I dont have time for that, I have a line". Its hard enough to lose a loved one, then for someone to tell you they do not have the time to help you. No one should be treated that way, loss if a loved one or not. I will NEVER visit this location again. The Rouses on Veterans by Transcontinental on the other hand is great. The woman who answered the phone took the time out to look for me.

I was making my weekly dash for midnight snacks (at 8pm). Mary cracked me up at the cash register when I said the Breyers Chocolate Truffle Indulgences Gelato wasnt mine. It was actually for my boyfriend. I was having the White Chocolate Bread Pudding by Big Easy Ice Cream. But before I could respond, She said, "Honey, what happens in Rouses stays in Rouses!" Lol I couldnt help but laugh. Mary just made my day!

Outstanding customer service!! I was there until about 5 minutes after they closed and there were no constant announcements counting down the minutes until closing. Several employees helped me and not a single person harassed me or "reminded" me that they were about to close. Found everything I needed. Awesome!!

Great selection of products. Fresh sushi. Fresh boiled seafood. Huge wine and beer selection. A lot of local options. My only complaint would be that their prices are slightly higher than larger national chain stores but definitely worth it. Shop local!!!

Shopped at Clearview Rouse many times, on one occasion realized some boxed seasonings and other foods OUT of DATE! Also, meat coolers that dont cool properly should hold Bacon and lunchmeats!! Tired of returning poultry and various meats that smell!!!!

Wonderful store my favorite store to buy meat from . I trust there meat. You can find hard to get thing there. Sea food if fresh. Great salad bar real fresh. This store you can trust to have the best food you can eat.

All Rouses stores are great and have a wonderful selection and pretty great employees. The only reason I didnt give drive stars is because the stores are sometimes hard to navigate and find things.
