I hadnt eaten all day. I stopped in for something quick. I grabbed 2 hot chicken sandwiches from the deli section. I checked out and immediately opened and began eating the first sandwich In the parking lot. Upon opening the package, I found the sandwich to be soggy wet on the outside, hard and cold inside. I looked for the time when the sandwich was made, no indication was present. I called the store to speak with a manager as I had already driven away. I wasnt looking for a refund. I didnt call to complain. I simply wanted to let the manager know so this didnt happen to anyone else. No manager ever got on the phone. I wont be returning to this store.

This review is for the Avon City Market Deli & Bakery. We got married last weekend in Avon and ordered numerous platters from both the bakery and deli. We absolutely recommend Avons City Market bakery and deli! Their staff is very courteous and professional, and the food was great. I placed the orders online, and we ended up having three separate orders and different pick-up times. They were more than willing to help us organize paying for all of it at once (at our request) and arrange the different pick up times. I will definitely order platters from Avons City Market again!

If you dont know, City Market is the Rocky Mountain division of Kroger, which means you will see a lot of items you would find its parent stores. In fact, Kroger brand items can be found all throughout the store. City Market usually has better prices on just about everything compared to the Safeway over in Vail. If youre looking for higher end or specialty items, Whole Foods is about an hour to the east in Frisco (right off I-70).

The staff at this City Market are the nicest people you will meet! They are friendly, helpful, and genuine want your shopping experience to be great. We have been shopping here for six years and I wont go anywhere else. I am also constantly impressed with the quality and freshness of food and availability of items, which is a big thing considering how many people come thru these doors!

I live full time here in Avon. I have a small property management, & personal asst. business called Above & Beyond. The name fits City Market perfectly. They do go above and beyond In a busy, and at times, insanely hectic environment. The pharmacy is over-the-top with their service! Need I say more

Aside from being the only grocery store, this little mart does offer a pretty nice produce selection, has all my favorites and has a health food section. If Im up for a crowded and tiny store - this would be my first choice. Oh! Lets not forget, theyve got the Starbucks kiosk! Very helpful!

I loved and enjoyed this regional chain, previously I had experienced the sister stores known as v Kroger while in the Atlanta area. We ordered our wedding cake which b was amazingly delicious and did v all of our food shopping while in the area. Loved the Seafood department most.

Good selection of organic food, but youll pay the price. Not Whole Foods prices, but about 3x trader joes and other urban stores. Still, this is where we shop weekly and dont have any complaints. They are also very quick to take a return, or remedy and issue if they arise.

This City Market is known to be one of the chains largest revenue producer. The fresh sushi and cheese bar area are amazing. Sometimes the store feels dark to me though. The employees dont seem to want to help too much either.

Great grocery store option, especially for a resort town. We found all of our regular grocery items, even with several organic options. This is a kroger banner store and accepts their loyalty cards.
