Do NOT do business with Lazyboy! I was told I was purchasing a genuine leather chair and just after warranty ran out it started disintegrating and became very obvious it was not genuine leather. The store told me they wouldnt do anything because I couldnt prove what the salesman told me. They even sold me a leather treatment for it for an extra $100. They also told me I was purchasing a Guardsman extended warranty for an additional $100 which would have covered it when my grandchildren started peeling off the fake plastic. They never purchased the policy! From the store to the service center to comfort care to corporate I got nothing but the run around and lies. They either blamed each other or said prove it!!!! Disgusting!

While La-Z-Boy was founded on good quality furniture, the current furniture is lacking in lasting quality. I bought a recliner with fabric covering and wooden arms. Within a month of buying it, the seat foam started to settle, so that the shape does not come back when I get up. The entire chair shakes and squeaks. I cant even adjust my position without it sounding, and feeling, like its gonna fall apart. Several years ago, I had purchased a couple of couches that were solid, and was expecting the same quality. Wont waste my money any more.

I went in today to look into replacing my current recliner. When I told the salesman, Joel, what I currently have, he told me that was impossible because La-z-boy doesnt make that then asked if I was sure it was La-z-boy as if I dont know what I own. I informed him it was what I had in my home and my parents have one identical to it. He made it obvious he thought I was lying. After reading the other reviews, I think I understand why there were 3 employees and only me as a potential customer in the store.

We just bought a love seat and chair and found it to be fun and rewarding at this Lazy Boy store. Our salesperson Joyce was just the right mix of helpful without hovering. She explained the warranties and quality options as well as pricing and financing. It was easy to do and saved us wandering all over looking. We saw a variety of styles and price points and accent pieces to go with our choices and plan to return once we get this purchase paid off.

I baught a top of the line lazy boy leather recliner along with an extended warranty aftet a couple weeks of the runaround there so called customer service told me i had no extended warranty lazy does not sell them the stores do ! this lazy boy co is at best a bait and switch outfit!!! i will be filling a bbb complaint . i would encourage anyone buying a lazy boy pice of furniture. Dont do it !

I will never buy here again. Sofa broke within 6 months of purchase. I have warranty but 6 weeks after my first call, sofa still broken. Their customer service really sucks. Took over a week for supervisor to return my call and was absolutely no help. Do not buy from Laz-Y-Boy!!! Their repair service is how they got their name.

The so-called extended warranty begins the day of delivery and ends with the regular warranty, Then its over 80.00 to pick it up and 100.00 an hour to work on it,plus parts.l have purchased my last lazy boy.l would rate it a 0 but the site wont let you.

Would not recommend anybody to go to the store employees are very rude and obnoxious they practically called me a liar when I told them I bought a chair there years ago at a certain price so I would not recommend this door for anybody
