I really want to like this store because it is a small store and I like to shop small when I can. However, Im incredibly unimpressed. As we were unboxing our new bedroom set, we noticed tons of flaws on every single piece of furniture that we opened. We called to discuss this and were asked to take pictures and sent them in as we live in Kansas City and the furniture is here with us. We took pictures, sent them in as we were asked to do. That was 9 days ago. Our furniture is still boxed in our living room and we are awaiting a response from anyone at Cherry Orchard. So, I called to make sure they received the email. The woman who answered was rather rude in her tone and said today was a busy day and that I needed to call back another time. She was unpleasant in her tone of voice and her words were not friendly or kind or helpful. They have had NINE days to make a call when they arent busy and havent done so. Please, go to Slumberlands or a different furniture store if you want good service. Thats what I did for the last few pieces of furniture that I purchased. They were friendly, helpful, not overly pushy and their products arrived in perfect condition. They also had a larger selection and much better quality of products for better prices. I am complete unimpressed and wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from Cherry Orchard. Im learning Im one of MANY unsatisfied customers. I wish I could give them zero stars, but thats not an option, so one very unwarranted star it is. I will update this post if I ever hear back from someone, but for now, all I can do is say it was a terrible experience.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Weve been dealing with this company for about 6 months. We found a couch we loved, and got it in the color red. For starters, it took over 6 weeks to receive, when they told us 2-3 weeks. We loved the couch at first, and then my husband pointed out that my white shorts had turned red. We called the store to see if we could get a different couch or this one in a different color. It took 5 months, but we finally got the same couch, in the color brown. Well, my shorts are now BROWN. So we called them back. For one, we have had extreme trouble with getting a hold of the owner. We only get to talk to the man who sold us the couch. He keeps blaming it on us. Asking us what were doing wrong for it to be bleeding. So he offered us a refund, but only if we pay 70 bucks to have it returned. They basically just want to wash their hands of us. Were currently trying to get them to take it back, but no one seems to care about their customers there. And we have no way of taking it back ourselves, seeing as we only have a two door compact car. Were just so done with this company. 0/10 would not recommend. Dont go to this store. All you get is a done of victim blaming and a few rounds going at the same issue over and over. Avoid this store at all costs.

THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! I bought two recliners and was told they was in stock. They had none in stock at this place. Then I was told they had one on the truck coming in a few days. So I decided to buy the floor model just to get a chair to wait for the other. I waited for two weeks for my chair to come in on the truck, to find out it never made it. The chair was never on order. Now Im told to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for the chair to come in. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS ON HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.

Dont, I repeat DO NOT do business with these crooks. Bought a $2000 leather couch and not even 90 days later the cushions messed up and management basically tells me tough luck on the phone unless I want to spend a bunch more money on mileage, AFTER I bought the expensive extended warranty. Lawsuit pending. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere. Dont even waste your time here. Even the management has no business sense of how to treat a customer once they have separated a fool from his money.

Loved the furniture, but thats as good as it gets. Staff seemed unaware of the type of furniture they were selling. I ordered a love seat and a sofa, after being told two to three weeks I was told three more weeks after the three week mark, at which they still didnt have them, they told us the factory had burned down, all sorts of lies to not request a refund, they are very good at making it look like its not theyre fault. If you can avoid this furniture store, do your self a favor and avoid it.

Indescribable. Salesmanship used to be an honorable trade, now between Mattress firm selling used and returned mattresses and furniture and bedding sales becoming like used car salesman, it is no wonder people dont trust salespeople anymore. Im sick of it. Just be honest. Dont bend the truth or leave out things. Dont flat out lie and tell people what they want to hear. Dont shop here!!! I put one star so I could write the review. In my opinion this place should be reviewed a NEGATIVE 5. I went for a refund because they couldnt follow through and deliver the product on the date specified on the contract. The old woman instead called the police on me. Terrible customer service. Dont trust these people!!! Their contracts are just like their furniture and the people that work there. NO GOOD. NULL and VOID.

My post is more about your ad on TV. Its sloppy, the bedroom furniture looks dated and the bedding shown is ugly. Everything in the store looks crowded, dark brown with no life to it. You need to brighten things up to make it look nice and appealing. Ive recently shopped for furniture and your ad tells me its not a store I care to shop at because nothing looks appealing.

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. THEY OWE US $3000 AND WE HAVE NO FURNITURE. THEY THINK THEY CAN TELL YOU THAT YOUR FURNITURE WILL BE READY IN 6-8 WEEKS WELL THIS REALLY MEANS IT WILL BE 3 MONTHS, 4 ;MONTHS OR WHENEVER THEY LIKE AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE ALL CROOKS. Got some pretty great couches at pretty good prices. :) Staff was friendly and good to work with. **update** Getting a new love-seat to go with the previously purchased couches. Again, very kind staff, and they helped me find exactly what I wanted. A bit pricey, but the quality and service is good.

Nice selection of furniture, although as I was checking out the mattresses I went to walk away and an older jentlemen walked up and told me "If you plop down on any more of my mattresses Ill kick your ass out of here" so safe to say I will not be returning.
