This was the service center that Phillips (brand) set me up with. They called back promptly and scheduled service for the next working day. "Lynn" was very apologetic on the time frame (between 1 and 5) and said she would call me a half hour before the tech would arrive. I am very pleased with their service so far. I will review again after service is completed. Service was completed the day of the scheduled call. Chris came with parts in hand and was able to repair our TV immediately. He said this was a common problem....sound and no picture... and was attributed to the wiring harness, which he brought with him. No waiting for parts. He knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable for such a young man. Im very impressed with the people, from Lynn in the office to Chris who came to repair the TV all very kind, courteous and they know their stuff!. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience!!

My wife and I needed a lamp for our tv...I drove all around town and no one carried the lamp we needed. In a last ditch effort I searched for a repair shop and thank God.....Ms. Cindy told me she had it. They replaced the bulb in no time flat. Granted, the price was steep compared to other bulbs I found on the web, but I have peace of mind knowing it was covered under warranty and I didnt have to gamble on a bulb being shipped and MAYBE work for a short time. The picture is the best it has been since we got the tv 3 years ago...in fact we feel it looks better! Thank you to the staff..I would recommend them to anyone who needs a repair or a new electronic appliance.

tech came first time and found the problems with my tv.came second time,what was estimated to take 1 1/2 hours took about 3 hrs+ . i had to lend him tools,help him,had a mess on my floor.at the end he said he had to leave cuz it was late he was tired and needed more time for aligning colors and needed to download some info for mapping/alignment for my tv.today he came out and spent an hour,to conclude that he had to go back to the shop,to figure out how to clean one of the lenses which didnt let him align the colors,or see about ordering a new one.2 1/2-3 weeks later i still have no friggin tv !!!

From the first phone call regarding my TV that needed to be repaired; through the entire process, this company was outstanding. All personnel were courteous, respectful and truthful and I cannot say enough good things about them. I decided to replace my former TV rather than have it fixed, as the cost for the new one was not going to be that much more than a new one. The TV was delivered and set up for me promptly by yet another well-mannered, delightful employee. I would not hesitate to use this company again and again, should the future warrant it; and definitely plan to do so.

I need to write a review for this company since they have so many bad reviews. I actually had a very good experience so far. Spoke to Tim the manager and he gave me tons of great advice on the phone and told me exactly what i would need, and exactly what the price would be. they came - they did it -and they left and their service was prompt, courteous and pretty darn good! I have never said this about any other company so far in Florida because I am so disappointed by all the bad customer service I get down here. So I would give these guys a shot. Kim

I brought a monitor in to see if it could be repaired, and they took them weeks just to tell me they cant get parts for it. I understand that sometimes its not possible to get parts for a equipment a few years old, but does it really take three weeks to find that out? It took several nagging phone calls just to get any information from them at all. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but not particularly professional.

Called several times on several consecutive days, still no answer or call back. Left message, but no return call. cant find out the status of my Monitor. Great website, but terrible business people. The people that say they used used them for years probably mean they are still waiting to get a call returned or their stuff back!

Finally, I made it to the store and was really impressed with Cindys helpfulness, and with Tims willingness to help me with my search. What a rip-off joint.They "only"guess at the problem,then overprice the repair cost to cover their axx and hope it will work for awhile.You would be better off buying new or going to the original mfg.,youll save both time and your MONEY,too.Im SORRY I had to learn the hard way "$$$$$".

The absolute worst place to bring your TV. People are lazy and no one ever answers the phone. The whole dog and pony show they are running over there is complete joke. Save your time and money. They could care less about your TV and any future business.
