HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My home warranty company chose this company when I requested a service call to replace the bottom element in my oven and fix my ice maker in my freezer. It took over a week to get an appointment so I could not use the oven during that time but I do understand Im not the only person in the world needing appliances serviced. My main concern was getting the oven working before Thanksgiving so I took time off from work to accept the first available appt. they had. I provided the model numbers of both my range & refrigerator to Jones Electric via email 3 days prior to my scheduled appt. to ensure they would have applicable parts in stock. I called the day before appt. to verify they received the email & was told they had. The morning of appt. I received a call from the repair person asking me for model number of range. I explained I already provided that info. to his company but reluctantly gave it to him again. I have a bad back & was not happy about having to get down on the floor AGAIN to find the model number. The repair person (who was not very professional or friendly) was at my house a total of 20 minutes to replace the element in the oven & replace the ice maker. I paid my portion of the deductible for the visit before he left. He scribbled out a hand written receipt (not professional at all). When I asked what was wrong with the ice maker, he just said, "I just went ahead and replaced it". Two days later I received a call from Shannon in the office stating the ice maker was not covered on my policy and it was going to cost me over $200!!! for parts & labor. There was no "Im sorry we didnt realize there was an issue" or anything like that. When I explained that the repair person was only there 20 minutes for both jobs, she got defensive and told me that "we dont go by time, we go by experience". What kind of a place does not confirm coverage on a policy BEFORE providing the service. They did not even give me the chance to refuse the new ice maker PRIOR to installing it. I am a recent widow & would not have authorized the expense of a new ice maker because I hardly ever use it. I was upset & disappointed and told her to just send me the bill and Id pay it and I hung up. I immediately got on the phone with American Home Shield (my warranty company) to complain. While I was dong that Shannon called me back & left me a voicemail chastising me because I hung up and "didnt let her finish what she was saying". Like it was my fault THEY messed up. I was so furious!! What makes it even worse is that the repair person did not even put the bin that holds the ice cubes back in the freezer before he left. Much later in the day I walked into the kitchen & saw the bin on my kitchen counter. When I went to put it in the freezer there were ice cubes everywhere. Ive had multiple service calls with AHS over the years with a number of different vendors but have NEVER had a company come to me AFTER THE FACT demanding their money. Very poor customer service!!

I was instructed to call by LG because our Washing machine had a bad smell and smoke coming from it. I spoke with 3 different people throughout the day and when we had decided to schedule the appointment the service was AWFUL! I spoke with Marie who was apparently not listening to what I wanted to do... which was very simple, schedule a service call. I did get a little loud with her because her attitude was hateful and nasty, I then asked to speak with someone else and she yelled at me that " What you can do is find another service provider" and hung up on me. I called back immediately and Shannon answered and I asked to speak with a manager and she said that was her.. I told her all of this and she didnt act like she cared one bit. I proceeded to schedule my appointment and the date went from the 15th to the 18th... and today is the 6th!!! I booked it, and then called LG back to complain to them of the awful service I received from Jone Electronices, so they gave me another.. I cancelled my appt and have one with another company who only charges $79 trip charge and will be here on Tuesday. I do not recommend Jones Electronics based off of their office workers and time. I am very disappointed in this company!!!

This establishment is terribly unprofessional. They took my washing machine for a week because they couldnt fix it at my house, not to mention they had been out to my house the week before to try to fix it and failed epically! Didnt bother to call to tell me what was wrong with it. I had to call them, only to find out that they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Then I couldnt get my machine back witch was still broken for another 5 days. I strongly suggest using another company!!!!!!!

My overall experience with Jones Appliance Service was positive. They repaired an electrical issue with my wall oven after having to order parts that were on backorder. Throughout the process, my questions were answered in a professional manner, they did what they said they would do, and they were there when they said they would be there. I would use them again.

Horrible! Save yourself a lot of time & money and choose a repair company that can actually fix your problem. Paid $200 to fix a fridge that worked for 5 hours, then was told when they came back it would be another $350 to fix the same problem that they failed to fix previously

avoid at all costs! this company is rude on reliable will tell you 1 thing and do another. even if your television or other electronics are under warranty ,or extended warranty, dont fall victim to this business. I have contacted the BBB because of this rediculous company!

I had an uncommon problem with my Viking griddles and the owner did some research about it before coming to do the repair. He made some adjustments which fixed the problem and showed me how to make further adjustments if needed. He was very nice and professional.

Chad came out and diagnosed our refrigerator issue, ordered the part and he was back out to repair in no time. Great service and great people. Will use them again.
