The store had an Internet issue while I was trying to buy a game and they couldnt look up a credit I had on my account. They held the game for me for 5 days until I could come back. While not great that there was an Internet issue the store went out of their way to accommodate for it. My reason for moving the rating down to a 4 is because at times some of the employees are not as knowledgeable about the games as Id expect.

Great customer service. Really cant say enough about how knowledgeable and patient the sales representative i dealt with was. Got me exactly what I wanted without trying to get me to purchase a bunch of extra stuff I didnt need/want.

Compared to their sister store basically across the street, the employees here are rude and, for lack of a much more intelligent word, douchey. Go across the street The Greens store.
