Copy and print non service counter! I dropped off a 16 page presentation that I needed laminated for a meeting the next morning and was told two hours, I thought that was a long time to wait for lamination only because I can do it at the office in 15 minutes if my machine would have done 11x17. I come back four hours later and it was still on the counter. It hasnt been touched and both of the people working the copy center were just hanging out at the counter. They said that they were going to call when it was ready and that I didnt have to come by. I could have taken it somewhere else if they would have told me that they didnt feel like working on it. Now I wont have my presentation ready and not even a sorry for the poor customer service. I guess I learned my lesson to use one of their competitors in the future. I will also be looking for a supplier for our office supplies that actually cares about their customers and repeat business.

Terrible selection of items, but dont worry you can pay the shipping fee and wait 2 weeks for it to come in the mail.
