Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. I have never had any problems with the store. The customer service is great, they greet you by name when you come in to pay your bill, and they take the time to get to know you. The quality of the products are good, and if they arent up to your standards they are been willing to work with you on the price or take the product back with no questions asked. The delivery/install team is always on time, fast, and super courteous. This is a great way to get the things you need/want if you are not in a permanent living situation or you dont have the means to buy things outright, but know that you have steady income. P.S. Andrew and Angela are especially good. :)

Horrible customer service. Save yourself a headache and go to Aarons. The so called Manager has no type of knowledge of the regulations from Rent A Center. And the women that works in the front has no type of customer service.

They all have problems and I know they do drugs when my stuff was dropped off all I could smell was weed and than found a pill in my drive way. Scum bags oh yeah cant for get about the bed bugs
