Dont let the management talk you out of returning merchandise that is faulty. I bought a Samsung tablet and the extended warranty. Within a couple days I took it back to the store because it would not fully charge no matter how long I would leave it plugged into an outlet. The manager, Jay, gave excuses on why and would not exchange it. He told me to use another outlet and try draining the battery a few times. Well none of that worked and the store will not exchange it and the extended warranty can not be used because its too soon. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending it to Samsung and waiting so much longer to maybe get it fixed by Samsung. I bought this to use at my business with my square credit card reader which has now become a big inconvenience. None of the managers can do anything to help, as they say, so they are useless. Staples shame on you. Word to the wise, dont buy any devices and extended warranties from Staples. And do not let them weasel out of taking back something that does not work when it is still within the return time frame and you have everything that came with it and your receipt. I wont be buying anything expensive from them again, maybe nothing. And I will definitely be letting their corporate office know what bad service you get at the retail store.

I have had problems with the rewards program I am owed about $70 in rewards.They used to send it to me. You must log in to get your rewards. I have been unable to log in. I went to the local store at W 117 and asked about this. The women I talked to said she deals with this issue regularly.She called the rewards team and got my settings reset so i could put a new login and password. I changed this and found that I still could not get into site. I have given up on the local staples and now do most of our office purchases at Sams Club. We pay a little bit more for paper but a lot less for toner. I figure that I pay a little bit less at Sams and dont have to deal with rewards that I am unable to get. I would recommend that you skip Staples and take your business to Sams Club. I cannot believe that I cannot get this resolved. Sincerely, John Neubert Neubert Painting Inc.

Customer service at the fax and copy desk is very unprofessional. Their prices are always expensive when they know it is sold somewhere else for half their price. The only reason I went to this place was to send a fax but after this visit they have encouraged me to get my own fax machine. The only reason why I give them a 3 stars is because I have achieved my ultimate goal using them even though I didnt like the way they treated me.

West 117th had the best customer service I ever seen. It was refreshing to see such knowledgeable, mannerable, young people! It was my first visit and they were so patience with me. They designed exactly what I wanted and i get it tomorrow!!! Shut up!!!! Their prices are the best in Ohio( I surf the net high and low). They will be getting all my business!!! Print center is sooo disorganized!!!! Handed them an actual sample of what needed to be done. After numerous delays misspell words on stamp, constant delays on printing and after being assured I would be called when it came in NO CALL. When it did come in it was the wrong color and size font. Just a mess!!!!!!

Came from another Staples because they were out of stock on the desk I wanted. The manager, Chris, not only set it aside for us but also walked us through checking out and helped load the car! A genuinely nice guy!

Seriously impressed with the mail center customer service. I needed to mail two big 50lb boxes, the service girl took my packages right away, taped them up herself & shipped them all in about 5min!
