Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service. As a contractor who spends 150,000 plus with home improvement stores (a large amount of which was spent directly with HD) You come to expect a different level of customer service. I rented an airless sprayer at 8:58 PM on a Tuesday at the ridiculous rate of 125 a day. On Wednesday we were called in by the STATE OF NEW JERSEY to be on standby for snow removal. We were on call from that point until Friday around lunch. Keep in mind at no point was there an opportunity to sleep LET ALONE RETURN THE SPRAYER. After returning the machine on Friday after the STATE OF EMERGENCY was lifted I was told by management that there was nothing they could do. It will be my lifelong commitment at this point to ensure that my company and the plethora of fellow COLLEAGUES companys do not shop at another home depot again thanks to this horrific lack of commitment to your clients.

Most visits are frustrating but because of its close proximity I continued to shop here. Today there were three people at the painting counter but only one working with customers and coloring the paint. It can be irritating waiting there wondering if anyone is going to help. Then I went to the flooring section. I had Home Depot measure the room a while ago and the flooring staff explained that was too long ago. They said that I would have to pay to have Home Depot come out and measure my room again. Jokingly I asked do you think the room size changed over that time? And they said its a safety precaution. Im not familiar with home depots commitment to safety with floor measurements but it felt like Home Depot wanted another $50 for something they already did. So no flooring today.

Called to see if they had an aerator to rent, did yes they would hold for me. Awesome, excellent service it was there when I arrived. Problem, didnt run. But had another, only 8 bucks more. Ok, want to get this done now, eagles on Monday night. Bucked yo, took the bump and the mankind was junk. Chain fell off 5 times. Done this before, never had that problem. No relief offered, though they would have helped out a little. Do not rent the easy steer; hate it. Zero stars for the machine

I dropped off a lawnmower for repair and it was only 2 months old and i was accused of taking off screws and abusing the lawnmower! I used it 3 times! How is that possible? It just had water in the gas due to being left outside! Never again will i go to Home depot!

Didnt have what I needed, but had a wonderful worker who took the time to look it up and find it online. He let me know that I could still order it and receive. Very nice service!

had to return a malfuntioning leaf blower i purchased from them and they gave me a hard time even though i had my reciept and it was in the original box.
