I bought a tool set on sale and its was the last one I grabbed...when I tried charging the battery..the battery was not charging....I took the set to home depot to return the whole thing or for them to change the battery only...they said no and I returned the set...but before returning made sure they had another one in stock...the manager in return told me they had three in everyother home depot...when I went to home depot on adams they told me that noone has it cuz it was a saled item and I took the last one...when we went to home depot on bustleton they refused to give it back when it was their fault....they agreed to give it back and let me buy it back only when I said ill even buy the battery myself worth sixty something dollors....I was so mad and this home depot has the worse customer service....the worse return policy...they choose that to except and when not to....you also cant find any help ever....but you do see they all standing talking to eachother....home depot on bustleton sucks...

In an attempt to return 4 items i recently bought at the leo mall in Philadelphia i had reciepts for 2 of the items and was refunded accordingly in cash, the reciept with the remaining 2 items literally was blown out of the flimsy plastic bag by high winds. Needless to say they wouldnt even give me the normal store credit for the 2 items i lacked a reciept for and gave me a phone number (1-866) to call and you cant hear the person your talking to because they dont want to help you they just want to get you off the line. Basically she told me too bad thats their policy. Looks like i gotta go to lowes to shop from now on.

Couple months ago went in to price match Nest 3rd gen Thermostat. Customer service guy said he wont price match because you already can a good deal. You apply online for a rebate and can get an HD gift card of this thermostat. I insisted for a price match, because I dont care about gift cards, I would gladly just knock down $50, he refused it still. I asked for manager, he said - "I am the manager". I ended up going to Neshaminy and got price match with 10% off right away with zero issues. Not a nice guy and does not know what true customer support is.

Came here for a new water heater and plumbing fixtures for it today and had one of the best experiences shopping at this location. I come to this Home Depot often and Im never dissatisfied with the service but today I had probably the best experience since I went in with bare minimum knowledge of what I needed and what I had to do for a water heater and the floor associate Joef gave me all the advice and knowledge I needed and went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the parts (the most economical but safest) I needed.

They are always nice to me But I have a great Personality and know how to sweet talk the ladies, If for some reason, they wont replace a broke item, etc, I just walk around and take it off the shelf......Why argue !!!!!!

I called the Bustleton store in Philadelphia guy answers the phone says what do you want PS maybe its me but I think your customer service sucks!so I hung up and had Lowes deliver $3500 worth of lumber thanks Home Depot

I never understood what the appeal of this chain is, other than the relatively large selection. Their prices are through the roof and the staff is cranky. Walmart has much lower prices for equal quality merchandise.

Go here for all my home repair needs when the nearest Lowes doesnt have what I am looking for. Home heating pellets are usually cheapest here when they are on sale.

Came here for bug spray and philips hue bulbs. Aside from the dust on the boxes of the bulbs everything was good. Fast checkout and things were easy to find.
