If there was a way to negatively rate this business I would. I have never experienced such unprofessional-ism from a business. We purchased a washer dryer set from Lowes in Schererville Indiana and purchased the extended warranty. Unfortunately Lowes warranty only has Grace appliances contracted to service their warranty customers. A technician came to my home on 8/22/17 telling me my dryer needed a new motor. He would put the order in and contact me the following week when the part arrives. I called 8/31/17 to check status on my part and was told they could not find the invoice information and they would get back to me. I called later in the day and was told, the part hasnt arrived, so they would most likely be out Saturday 9/2/17 or Monday 9/4/17. I knew that was not the truth since 9/4/17 was a holiday. I then called on 9/5/17, the part still has not arrived, the expected arrive date is 9/11/17. The person I spoke with said the parts usually take about two weeks to arrive. Im sure everyone reading this can do the math. With the dates given, that puts the part at three weeks. So I called 9/11/17 and did not get an answer. I called again today 9/12/17 continuously and again no answer. Remembering the last time I called the man asked if the number I was calling from is linked to my account. So I decided to called from a number Ive never called them from and guess what. Yep Im sure you guessed it, they called back, saying "Hi this is Grace appliances returning your call." Yep thats right, they are avoiding my calls. I have been without my dryer for a month now and being held hostage by this horrible company.

I spoke with a worker by the name of Matt or Matthew on 7/7 explain my problem with dryer..stated someone will come they left price then I call to ask when task can be fix stated 7/11 ..was ask to drop a check for $75. to start on 7/10 even though he swipe a card that he stated was to hold my appointment in advance without my permission I did inform him not to swipe my card will pay with a check..the company didnt come or call on 7/11 even though I had drop check off to his co worker on 7/8 then request I need to buy part first so I receive a call from a lady by the name of a Grace askin was I goin to bring money after I had just spoke with Matt which shows there no communication plus he is very rude..Matt call back stated he will not complete tasks & I will not get my money back...I request a Darryl which I work with in pass..I didnt feel comfortable with Matt in our home..ask Matt for a manager or corporate # refuse to give it. After lookin at review on yur website I do see why customer say what they about this business..I reach out to an officer follow in order to reach out to see can I get a call from a manager or corporate office first..I do know Matt & Grace have my number..Thanks in advance..

DISGRACE: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I have been dealing with Grace Appliances for over 1 month now. They have scheduled appointments with 3-4 hours windows and have not shown up, promised to order parts and come back and have not shown up. So I showed up and then GRACE tried to act like she didnt know what I was talking about. All of a sudden she placed a call and they were giving me another 3-4 hour window. I called SEARS warranty and they didnt understand why I was assigned a 3rd party company to do my repair. The office has a sign that says CLOSED which would send anyone away but they are in there. They are unapologetic just as the previous reviews stated. The office had invoices everywhere, nothing was filed. I asked for a card and GRACE has to search for one. Very displeased with their customer service. It is a DISGRACE to use GRACE!!!!! NO STARS not even 1. I have to click one just to share this post.

Customer service is horrible. I didnt understand what his name was or what he was saying. I had to tell him to repeat himself over and over again. The individual that came out to look at my freezer, he didnt know what he was doing. He stated the motor is over heated and to unplug it for 24 hrs. It is still not working. After the first and second attempts, the refrigerator is still not working. A follow-up was to take place and it didnt happen. My husband and i even drove to the location to speak with someone face to face and they werent there and we arrived after 9 am. And they suppose to be open from 9 am- 3pm on Saturday. Just because I or anyone need service, a person shouldnt be treated this way.

They helped me get appliances at a great cost!!! I needed a washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove and Daryl was able to put a great package together for me! I have a Whirpool stainless steel fridge and a Kenmore stainless steel oven. I am also extremely pleased with my warranty. Daryl knows the only thing that I complained about was not being able to get in touch with someone via phone. Wasnt too big of a deal because I would just swing by to handle things but kind of inconvenient. Overall, please keep Grace Appliances in mind for purchasing and servicing appliances!

They came to repair my dryer. Took a week and a half to replace part. After install tech said it needed another part. I waited and called three times no call back then I get a call saying it was miss diagnosed. Tech came with another part out of the blue no call for appointment. He had no idea about it being miss diagnosed. He installed something. Said it still not right. Been over two weeks no follow up call. Still not returning my call. I have been patient because I know everyone needs a job but Im tired of drying my clothes 2 and 3 times over.

Try are unprofessional and irresponsible. LG uses them as a sub contractor.They send out untrained workers . Customer service is a joke they are unapologetic about bad service. They came out to fix my refrigerator they said they needed to order a part a month later. I discovered they never order the park. I called LG and they told tem they ordered the part but then they called me and said they had forgotten the oart mumber. if I hadnt called LG I would have never heard from them.

I have to give them the one star but, they do not even deserve even one star. They are supposed to be repairing my washing machine, they have yet to file the paperwork with the insurance company to replace the parts, the woman that answers the phone has no clue whats going on. Stay as far away from these people as you can!!!

Called them to repair my washer never fixed it all they did is take it apart and suggest I call them when it ran a full cycle and if the water didnt drain to call them back did that left messages and never called me back !!! Bad business all they wanted was for me to buy a washer from them and kept my service fee !!!!!

Terrible customer service and rude employees. They incorrectly installed a washing machine in my rental property and since it didnt fail soon enough, they refused to fix it. Mack, the "manager" refused to forward my information to the owner and basically hung up on me. A total joke.
