Very disappointed in level of customer service and follow up, as well as the subsequent issue listed below. My dishwasher needed to be repaired. During the repair process the technician did not cover the discharge line connected from the dishwasher to the disposal. The repair technician was rushing to complete the repair, did not cover the discharge line and it leaked between two cabinets and all over our cabinets underneath our sink (it smelled horrible). The point is this could have been prevented with some simple prep work (Example: taping a Ziploc bag on the end of the line). I called the owner and spoke with him live to explain the above and told him that the dishwasher was not anchored to the cabinets (as it was prior to repair), additionally the dishwasher is not level now and the water is leaning to the front of the washer! The owner stated on the day of the repair that he would send someone out to finalize the repairs by Wed of the same week. If not to call him. I never heard from him so I did call him Thursday and Friday and left voice mail messages to schedule as noted above, no return call! I would strongly suggest that you evaluate Lowes, HD, Best Buy, HH Gregg, Hometown Appliance, etc prior to this provider. Bottom line, I shouldnt have to chase you down for you to finish the job you were paid for, additionally I spent several hours cleaning up the mess you created (I had to cut my cabinet base to clean out was spilled between the cabinets). Then you have the nerve to ask me to call you after Wed if I havent heard from you? Amazing that companies like this treat customers this way and stay in business!

We had them come to repair our Dishwasher and the tech came out and fixed one problem and caused another one. We called back and had to have them send the tech back out. We waited a week for our appt. On the day of our appt the tech came rang the door bell and left a note because we did not come to the door quick enough. No phone call ! He just left! We called to tell them what happened and if they could have him come back. And let me say the customer service were horrible! They were rude! They told us we have to wait another week again. No one cared to hear about anything we had to say. We tried calling back and they hung the phone up. It was extremely disappointing because it was their technician that caused my problem. I find it unprofessional that they would not fix the problem they caused or call when they are at the door before they decided to leave. I mean the tech took time to write a note but chose not to call and let us know he was at the door. So for a company that claims "Our customers are our Priority " well beware, you are not! They will not hear you to help you. They WILL leave you to fend for yourself. Stay away!!!

We have been dealing with Maruszczak Appliances for decades, even though they have moved even farther away from our Illinois home. We have been well-pleased with them--until this year. It seems that Whirlpool, the manufacturer of our washer and dryer, has decreed that it can no longer service Illinois customers. We accepted that, reluctantly and made an appointment that kept us imprisoned in our home for a full day--and the designated repair people (1) did not come, and (2) did not call to tell us they were not coming. We have a very full schedule, and cannot devote our lives to waiting for repair people who may never come. Thus, we now rate Maruszczak as "Poor," because we can no longer rely on them for service, and have no acceptable alternative. Meanwhile, we are without our washer, which is still under warranty, and laundry waits. Pity about this. We have three apartments for which we will need new refrigerators in the near future, and other appliances. Bye, bye, Maruszczak!

This place is a total joke. The sales people gossip about what other people have bought and how much they paid. Ive had the appliances less than 2 years and there is every problem known to man and the service department is a joke. The woman in service that schedules appointments called me TWICE about a cancelled appointment because she didnt write it down and couldnt remember if I had really cancelled it or not. WAKE THE HELL UP. GO ELSEWHERE for appliances.

We paid in full for a fridge and a dish washer and the fridge had to be replaced 2 months later because it broke down and to this day I have paid for repairs on the dish washer to this day. I beg you please save your money and find a different place to find your appliances you will truly regret it if you buy an appliance here.

Terrible customer service, spent $1700 on a oven that didnt work, 4 weeks later still waiting on a replacement. Emails to Tom T ignored, calls not returned. You can spend the same amount or less at a big box store and have the same customer service (maybe even better!) If I could give less stars as a rating I would!

I just had a refrigerator delivered. It was more than I expected to get. I like the refrigerator and the people who delivered it were very professional. They did a wonderful job and finished setting it a lot better than I wouldve expected. My salesman was a superstar also and I would give them all a 5 star rating.

Beat Queen I bought them because theyre its a sturdy yet simple machine. Yeah. Just running the wash and dry now and it.

Marissa Appliance in Sarahville, Indiana install the installer installed our microwave. They were very efficient and needs I asked him to before he put the stove back if I could just clean up the floor real quick, and he was more than happy to oblige. Thank you

My husband and I bought our fridge there a while back. The customer service was great. Even though they had a couple of customers in there wanting to redesign their kitchens, they made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend them.

A sloppy installation of a washing machine caused my brand new home to flood from the second story to the basement, and caused significant mold growth, taking over six months to repair. Not even an apology from Maruszczak.
