Hello, Your staff doesnt seem to think that the sellers time is valuable, treating sellers as second class citizens and pushing them off to the side for 10, 15, 20 minutes while they take care of buyers, when we are next in line. I dont have time to wait 20 minutes to be treated rudely and not given a fair price for the items i am selling. Your sales people are inconsistent at best, having different parameters for the items they buy, making each visit unpredictable and not worth it. I have had several bad experiences at your store. Lindsay is rude and made fun of my items when I brought them in. She mocked me, and made a joke out of my visit with her co-workers saying this about a helmet that i brought in to sell: " we shouldnt buy this helmet because the next person that wears it will have a concussion and die..." exact words. Your other fine sales person Wes is not a fair buyer. He does not pay a fair amount for your merchandise. And isnt compromising, malleable, or willing to work with you on anything. He isnt a sales person he is a cashierm. One day he Bought some stuff from me, and the total was 4.96. I asked if he can round up to 5, and his exact answer was ( I am trying to run a businness here) he embarrassed me, and Made it an uncomfortable visit. Your offers on merchandise have become so low, and your staff so disrespectful that I would rather burn my stuff then sell it to you, what you pay isnt worth the gas money to get there. Your staff has no common courtesy towards buyers never saying thank you. They joke around behind the counter and give each other funny looks about the items that I am trying to sell. If I cant sell this my items on craigslist, I would rather break them into a thousand pieces, before bringing them to you for bad treatment, long wait time, and then pennies on the dollar. Thanks,

So i just visited this store for my girlfriend for an elliptical mind you on a budget. Two guys in the store never caught their names. Extremely friendly and help full. Even helped us to my trailer with the machine. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 is because the store is a little messy due to the size of the store itself but the manager could easily rearrange it to make more customer friendly. A father with his son looking for hockey equipment, I over heard his son saying to him he was hoping for a larger selection. This is also mostly used items if not all so that part is understandable. There is a Dicks sporting goods in the lot across from them and more foot traffic due to walmart bestbuy and others. Play it again is helped by the food stores surrounding them. Overall great store if in need of used equipment.

I had a great experience buying a treadmill- Chris gave sound advice on what to look for and helped me find a good fit for my needs. Unfortunately the particular model didnt work on my home electrics. Chris came out to help troubleshoot, and when we couldnt fix the problem he picked up the treadmill for full return. 30 day return policy allows you peace of mind you cant find on Craigslist... at the same prices for similar products. Highly recommended if you are in the market for exercise equipment.

Stopped in here on July 25th to find some sort of rope and pulley system so I can hoist up smaller projects up to the ceiling and out of my floor space. I bought a kayak hoist at a very reasonable price. The staff there were very friendly and helped me get what I needed. They have a variety of new and reusable sport items in their store. Ill be back!

the Play it Again Sports in Cary is a much better experience. This store had crap all over the floors... as though theyre oblivious to the liability related to someone stumbling over the random "sports equipment" all over the place & subsequent fall into machines & other ill-placed pieces of large equipment.

The quality of the merchandise varies greatly from visit to visit, but if you need some equipment for a childs first time trying a sport, I definitely recommend spending your money on some used equipment, rather than shelling out for new stuff that they might not end up using much.

Very helpful. Some of the sports equipment was not in good condition, such as a bike we bought whose pedals fell off the firsttime it was ridden, but the staff was kind enough to fully refund us. A great place for equipment if you dont mind a little guess and check.

This is your normal used sports gear store. The staff who was at the counter and taking the phone calls seemed very enthusiastic about his job. The prices are very reasonable for gear you would need to get started in almost any sport you can think of.

They really love helping people! You will not leave unhappy, they dont just try to get you in and out. They have actual conversations with the customers. Its really nice to be treated as a friend and not a pocket book.

Good selection of new and used sports equipment. Trade your equipment for credit towards purchases. Feels a bit crowded when other customers are there making navigation a challenge.
