I purchased a Carolina Panthers jersey as a birthday gift for my husband from Pro Image. During my purchase, I was assured that he could return the jersey for any other player as long as it was no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. After giving the gift my husband decided he wanted a different player, so we went back to the store (approximately 20 days after purchase) only to find out that the store didnt have the player he wanted and could not order it. As we soon learned, not only did the store not have the players jersey that he wanted, THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY OTHER Panther players jerseys either. After speaking with the manager, I was told that not they cannot give a refund of any sort, and that the only thing we could do is return the original jersey for store credit in order to purchase something else. I even explained to the manager that her employee told me they could order any other player, but she didnt seem to care much for that. I can understand them being out of stock, especially during the holiday season, but I expect them to honor the verbal promises that were made during my purchase (which is why I shopped here in the first place). Overall, my experience with this business has been nothing short of terrible. The customer service is absolutely awful and I would not recommend that ANYONE shop here if you expect to receive good treatment from the employees or management.

The Manager of this location is very rude and snotty, not very helpful at all especially when being called for information about a job she posted needing an Asst Manager! Makes people not even interested in working for such a hateful individual!
