My experience at the Big Screen Store was nothing short of FANTASTIC! and its all do to Chris Watkins the store manager. Chris is one of the most honest men that I had the privilege of doing business with. His knowledge of electronics was not only helpful but phenomenal in making my choice of what entertainment system my wife and I wanted to buy. After choosing the system we wanted, Chris said that he would email me the cost of everything we wanted in our purchase. When I got the email and looked at the numbers I was shocked to see that Chris was able to save us over $500.00. I called Chris and told him that I would be in Saturday to make the deal. That Saturday I went to the store only to find out that Chris had another surprise for me. He told me about a 15% off promotional deal that Samsung had just came out with on their TVs saving us again another $435.00. Needless to say I was in "awl" in regards to how much Chris had just saved my wife in I. Just do the math and you can already see the savings. Chris, my wife and I would like to thank you form the bottom of our hearts for the incredible deal you gave us. Your Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism is inspirational and I will recommend your store to all my friends, relatives, and co-workers to visit your store. Thanks again, Dave and Susan G.

Chris was very knowledgeable on everything the store sells. We stopped in on Sunday to see the available sales. Chris showed us what was available in both flat and curved screens and the difference between the different series of the Samsungs. Also we were curious about the sound bars and he was happy to show us the Bose...which blew us away. Just the demo sold us on it. He printed out the information and let us go without any pressure to buy then and there. We appreciated the no pressure...thats what usually loses me as a customer..the high pressure salesman. We went home...did some measuring with the printed out info Chris gave us..and decided on the 65 in. flat screen along with the Bose sound bar. We went back on Monday but had to wait for Chris...he asked us first if we minded waiting a few min while he finished up with his current customer. We said it was fine. It gave us time to talk to Alan, the other salesman, who was also informative and answered any question we had. As it turns out..we needed a stand for the tv so Chris showed us several that he could offer Military discounts on. So we decided also to get that at the Big Screen Store. All in all, our experience was very positive and I would recommend Chris and the Big Screen store to any of my friends or family.

Chris Watkins at the Westminster TBSS was very helpful and quite patient in helping us find a TV cabinet/ console that closely matched our very specific requirements. We wanted a 60 inch long by 30 inch high console to hold our 55 inch Sony flatscreen, a Polk sound bar and subwoofer, a cable box, a Blueray Player, and an old VCR. But my need to house the subwoofer within the same cabinet eliminated most of the available cabinetry. Also we wanted a non-glossy black cabinet which is uncommon these days. Eventually, a day or two later, with some research on both Chris and my parts, we determined that the subwoofer could go on the floor behind the console if the console sat 3 or 4 inches off the floor (had legs). When we were in the store we recalled that they had two or three cabinets which met this requirement that we could adapt to our use. We called him and he sent some quick iPhone photos of the cabinets to us to save us a trip back up to the store which was 15 miles away. We chose the one we liked best and it was delivered on Saturday of that same week. It looks great and we are very happy. So besides great televisions, TBSS also can help you find a very nice piece of furniture on which to house your entire entertainment system. A+

This is the second or third purchase I have made over the past 8 years at the Big Screen Store in Westminster. Generally, I do my research to get an idea of whats new and what I think I want. Being an informed customer saves time and makes the best decision more obvious. I walk in the door and ask for Chris. He is now the store manager. Chris is great at explaining the technology in terms that are understandable. He is excellent at selling enhancements to your purchase and demonstrates in store just what he is talking about. I bought the sound bar this time because everyone knows you sacrifice audio in exchange for brilliant visuals on the flat screens. Ive called Chris to rearrange delivery and for some advice on the purchase of a smaller screen TV for a bedroom. I needed the TV right away as we were 2 hours away from an install. Even though I wouldnt be purchasing the smaller TV from the Big Screen Store Chris still took time to look up the model # and answer a few questions. As the manager, Chris sets the standard and leads the team by example. If you are a serious, informed consumer who appreciates visual excellence, a seamless transaction and great customer service, do yourself a favor and visit this store.

My partner and I had been seeking to buy a 75" 4K UHD TV for some time and had been keeping up with prices at Walmart, Best Buy, HH Gregg, BJs, etc. figuring it would likely be after the December holidays or even the Super Bowl before we found a price we could afford. One day we stopped into the Big Screen Store and spent time with a great salesperson, Alan, and it wasnt long before we were sold on making the purchase with him and BSS! Not that we didnt go away for a while and talk and consider, but the great support that would be at our disposal, the inexpensive and comprehensive warranties available, the free delivery and initial setup and the friendliness and vast knowledge of the products that Alan demonstrated all convinced us to go with BSS. Just yesterday we stopped in and spoke with Alan about problems we were having with the TV remote and he gave us advice and direction that solved the problem for us. Could you do that at the other stores? We both advise you to give strong consideration to making your purchase at BSS - dont just look at prices but consider the old adage "you get what you pay for". This is the way it should be everywhere - great customer service and quality goods. I had been shopping for a large TV and a solid wood cabinet for a while. Alan at the Westminster Big Screen Store provided me outstanding and knowledgeable service. He did not pressure me to get something I did not want and at the end of the day I am having a great looking cabinet and 75 inch inch TV delivered this week (the custom cabinets take 4-6 weeks and are offered at very reasonable prices). His insight into the pricing changes in the market helped me add a Samsung wireless sound bar at the same cost I would have originally paid for just the screen I highly recommend Alan and the Westminster BSS. Update - 7/24/16 - we needed another large screen , again Alan was there to provide good advise and knowledge without any pressure. Taking delivery of a 65 inch UHD tomorrow.
