Dont expect anything resembling customer service. If your new couch barely lasts 2.5 years, theyll do everything they can to distance themselves from the warranty side. Despite their claims that the La-Z-Boy warranty is one of the best, expect to be strung along for weeks, then get your warranty canceled for having dogs.

I did not have a problem with the furniture I purchased but I did unfortunately have an issue with the way they handled my warranty. After a few phone calls it all worked out and we would go back to purchase more things, my wife loves the style.

Bought sleeper sofa plastic started sticking out of cushions they sent a man out said it could not be fixed and material was discontinued, only had it for 6 months of buying it. So much for lazy boy .
