crook lemon clowns, bought a dryer in march 2016, 2 days after the 30 days it stops spinning, called the manager he said nothing he could do because it was after 30 day warranty , but he said hed give me a deal on another washer and dryer set, went to the one on shively and decided to get this $650 maytag set, and he took 1 or 2 hundred off the price for the dryer, 2 days before the 30 days on this set started leaking they sent a technician out to fix it, and it stopped leaking for a week, so after that the 30 days was up, then it started making this loud tornado noise even my neighbors could hear my washer, called and they said it was after 30 days nothing they could do, and suggested to use there technician at my own cost, i couldnt afford the service so continued to wash clothes with the washer as loud as it was, had to turn the tv up to 70, but now just a week ago started going DONK DONK DONK, really loud like a car wreck every second, so now there is no using it, this place is the biggest rip off, you can get better washer, and dryers off craigslist free ads, and probably the garbage than this place has to offer, they rig them to work for so long , and after 30 days you are screwed, and they laugh all the way to the bank.

I bought a top of the line Kenmore ( Elite) about a year ago but as we were working on our new house didnt use it until about 9 months ago. It is a newer model and I paid something like 900 dollars. From the very beginning it didnt freeze hard but the frig part did Ok. We finally got a service man in and he told us it had a serious "sealed system" problem. Needs 1000 to fix! I have no proof but expect Hampton knew something as When I looked in the back of the unit I noticed it had new duct tape and mismatched screws. Someone has been working on it. I will never shop there again and I would advise everyone else the same.

THESE POEPLE DID RIP ME OFF!!!!! The worst company as far as service and reliability goes! I bought 4 frigs and 4 stoves from this guy and had not plugged in 2 of the fridges and they would not work and wanted this guy to exchange them-He refused! Avoid at all costs, for an extra $200 dollars you might as well buy a new fridge from Lowes or Home Depot. Avoid this one!!!-Before you get burned!!!

All appliances come with a 30 day warranty. When you READ and sign your sales receipt, you agree to the 30 day warranty & the "all sales are final", no refund/no exchange policy. When a warranty issue arises, its taken care of courteously & immediately. Hampton Appliance has been in business for 20+ years. Have a nice day! :)

In all fairness to Mr Hampton, Ive bought several used appliances from him over the years, and for the most part, the appliances are good and the service, when needed good. Hes always been fair with me, had good delivery and Ive gotten years from most. No complaint here and Id recommend them to anyone.

Don"t buy from here you will not be saving money in the long run!!! They are peddling crap it might look good on the out side but within a month or two you will be having to replace it. The 30 day warranty is worthless!

This place is the worst! Bought a washer and dryer for $650 and within one week the washers had leaked all over damaging hardwood floors. Store took not accountability or ownership. Avoid these idiots at all costs!!!

I purchased a washer and dryer set from this company, washer needed repair after 30 warrant! Repairs was going to cost me between 350.00 to 400.00 dollars be very careful with buying used appliance.

you be better off buying a new one we checked their prices and purchased a new one from Lowes with a year warranty and free delivery at about the same price minus a option or two
