Needed an igniter for a gas furnace on a cold December Saturday morning (58 degrees in the house when I woke up!), and Derby City was open for business, and had the exact part I needed. Plus they had it for less than what I found online! Will definitely do business with these great folks again!

Bought a gas oven igniter. Great price: $30 cheaper than on-line. Great service as well. They even checked the part before I left to make sure it worked. Finally, these were very, very nice people.

Terrible customer service. I bought a motor for my dryer, did not get to install it, and they would not take it back. I will never go here again. Better off finding it cheaper online.
