3-5-17 wasted a trip here because site said the fence pickets i wanted were availabe (400+). And they were there but in the back and the guys in lumber did not want to get them. Understaffed? Lazy? No fork truck? I could drive around back and see the 3 full bundled pallets but not buy any. So left my full cart of everything else and bought it all at Lowes. 10cents cheeper a board. And that adds up. Sick of this unorganized messed up store Secret delivery charges on apliances. They only have floor models and a couple in stock. They want to charge 60 dollars to ship to the store on top of there price. Almost everything is special order. ADD IT TO THE PRICE OR JUST PUT SIGHNIGE UP. Dont wait till someone has looked and sits down to order. Apliance workers were nice. The corporate are the sleazy idiots with a stupid policy. Its bad enough the nickname is HomeCheepo with so much china and foriegn made. I avoid when i can and only go out of convenience

Great store except for Millwork Department. After Home Depot measured our door space in order to install a back patio door, it arrived as the wrong size. Mistakes happen, but where Home Depot Millwork fell short was their response to this mistake. After waiting several weeks for them to make it right, it was up to me to call the manufacturer directly as well as the door install company to re-schedule the install. This was severely mishandled, causing the process to take 6 weeks longer than it should have, making me take two days off of work for a 2-hour install, and for us to lose heat out of our old door for an extra two months. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for other supplies, but highly recommend you shop elsewhere for door/window installation.

When I walked in I asked a male employee where I would find paper towels. I was picking them up for a friend who always buys them there. The man looked at me and said, "IF we have them they would probably be around the back with "KITCHEN" stuff". He said it with a bit of an attitude and pointed that direction. I said I would check but knew that they werent in that area. I asked another gal and she told me exactly where they were, with a friendly, chipper tone. (I appreciated her). I wasnt thrilled with the other employee.

Sales clerk Drew Brumett is a complete idiot. Totally lost !!!!! I know the store better than he does. I literally spend several thousands of dollars a year on remodeling. Right here in Greenfield. I asked about a miter box and he pulled out his phone to use an app. lol He acted like he was to good to actually walk and look. I had a arm full of items and it was all he could do to bend over. I heard him mumbling, suck me !!!!!! Kids lucky to have any teeth. I encourage you and all my customers to shop elsewhere.

Awesome experience. As long as I plan to load the cart and load my truck without the help I was promised to have. They never help me when I ask. One guy started to help and got a phone call and walked away and never came back. Another waited until I was down to my last 2 2x4s and tried to help, just to take my cart. If the cashier tells you she called and theyre on the way, they should be there. Damn Millennials.

Worst home depot in existence. Never have what I need and nothing is ever in the right place. Now they have a camera with a monitor in the plumbing department si you can see yourself but they blocked the fittings. I did find out its because someone stole a box a fittings but they had the camera in and never replaced the box. Thats a short version of why I will never go back, trust me theres more.

AWFUL customer service. I ordered a door, and now it is 2x I am sending it back because it was the wrong size. This 3rd time they didnt even give me a discount & IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE than the first 2 times ordering it! WHAT A JOKE! & Now they are telling me I will have to wait another month for the 3rd door, and I have a HOLE IN MY HOUSE.

The computer was super slow and now I have to wait 4 to 5 days to get what I want. The customer service guy was awesome though!!!! I think his name was Chris or Kevin. He worked in garden and helped me for over an hour!!!!! He was pretty FREAKIN amazing!!!! He really cared and wanted to help!!!!! Wish he could see this!!!!!

You cant go 25 without someone asking if you need assistance. I never have to wait to check out. The self check out is always working and someone is consistantly around to help if there is a need. Employees seem very friendly and they no where stuff is at. No problems here.
