They sold me a vacuum that didn’t meet my needs, after they said it would, and wouldn’t refund my money nor exchange it for another. I only used is once for a total of 1/2 hour. They seem to only care about selling you a vacuum and not that you re satisfied with your purchase. I have filed a complaint on them with the Better Business Bureau. No where do they have their refund policy posted. So I might be stuck spending over $400 for a vacuum I can t use. We’ll see what the BBB can do.

My family and I have repeatedly loved the products purchased from this buisness, especially our cordless vacuum! Not only does the owner work with you to figure out your needs, but he is also welcoming and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this business!

Great Service after I bought my vacuum from them. I got a Riccar vacuum from A-1, its great! Plus the service you get with it is unbeatable. They even carry it to my car for me.
