I am very disappointed in Fox Appliance repair. I have an LG dryer that wont heat and could not find anyone in the area who is LG certified. I actually called LG and was given their name as Certified LG repair, along with a company out of Fort Wayne. I called to set an appointment, only to be told that they do not service our area because they are a very small company. Daleville Indiana is only 28 miles from Fairmount Indiana and they dont come this far for service? What a joke!

Rude and pushy people. They dont like fixing anything you didnt buy off of them (which I somewhat understand) but then they pushes for you to buy new off of them when they cant fix something. Finally I bought a new washer and dryer. Later I found out they buy the scratch and dents off of other stores and sell them for full price. So I wasted like $400 bucks. I wont be doing business with them again

horrible customer service. would not refund an unopened belt. VERY UNHELPFUL and rude. I went in and told them my problem then suggested I order a belt, so I did.. when I went to put the new belt on, I noticed the one I had just needed tightened, didnt even open the new one.. and they flat out refused to refund me with a reciept and all.

Scheduled an appointment and Fox told me I had to immediately leave work and they would be right there (within 10 minutes). I sat in my drive for over an hour and finally gave up on them coming. Cancelled the appointment and went somewhere else.

Technician was able to come out the next day to fix a dryer. He was very professional and willing to answer questions. Also provided useful tips for maintenance. Took the time to take care of everything. Reasonably priced and good service.

I had to go through them to honor my Lowes warranties. It took several attempts to find out what was going on, but they were always on time, always curteous, and my oven and dishwasher are fixed.
