I had 2 major problems plus a couple of small problems while trying to order 2 simple appliances an electric stove and a refrigerator. 1st, they delivered a gas stove instead of an electric stove. I know they knew I wanted an electric stove because we discussed and put it on the order plus a cord which is not needed for a gas stove. 2nd, The original order was done and delivered in August and they charged my credit card in January. The salesman called me and told me they had had some problem with my credit card, which was a complete lie, they just forgot to run it. There were a couple of minor problems also with the delivery, do NOT shop here. There are plenty of good appliance places, and the people here are incompetent.

This is an EXCELLENT place to buy appliances. They have great follow up and attention to detail. We had a couple of installation issues and Michael worked them through to completion. Their prices are very competitive. Its a great appliance store right in our community!

I am sorry that woman got the wrong stove but I bought an air conditioner / heater and it was great. They installed it great and I got a great price on it. We shopped around and their price was right on the money
