Sold me a used stove but guaranteed it would work. Said that if anything was wrong in 30 days I could get it fixed. I picked up the stove took it home and it worked all of 2 days. I had to call three times and was told each time that they would call me back, which they finally did after my 30 days was up. They finally sent a guy out who told me what was wrong with it, but the boss told him he couldnt fix it. I had to bring the stove back to the store and they would take a look at it, and if it was deemed to be my fault it was broken, they would charge me. And I wouldnt be able to get the stove back until I did. He told me that he was waiving the service trip charge... a month later I get a call for an outstanding bill for a service trip. They sold me a broken stove and did everything in their power not to stand behind it... I had to fix it myself (invalidating any warranty I still had) so I could cook for Thanksgiving... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

You can get the appliances you need usually that day. No waiting for a big box stores order to come in. Offer perfect and scratch and dent items. Offers service as well. No longer carries TVs due to not able to compete with others pricing.
