On 19Dec2016 for my wall oven and gas cook top. My home warranty HMS contracted Appliance Network of Franklin, IN (AN) to perform the work. AN diagnosed two issues, date was 21Dec2016 and parts were ordered for both units. 2 weeks later, AN returned to install the parts for both a wall oven and cook top. After the repair, both appliances had the same issue (not working properly). The issue with the wall oven has been resolved by my home warranty but I am still dealing with my cook top. The igniter was replaced and that did not fix the issue. AN then ordered an igniter spark module which took an additional 3 weeks. (At this time my gas cook top was still partially functional because only one burner was affected). When Appliance Network returned 13Feburary2017 to install the module I watched as the technician proceeded to take apart the gas cook top and in attempting to make the repair broke several other parts. The technician informed me that the unit is unsafe for operation. I smelled gas when the main gas valve was turned on so the gas was shut off and the cook top is now unusable. Two days later I called AN, because I had not received any communication as to the repair. As of 13Feb2017 I no longer have a usable cook top and a house full of 5 people. I was told parts would be in on 27Feb2017, no communication by 01Mar2017 I called AN who (Chelsea)who I have been dealing with since December, told me that part hadn’t even been ordered yet. I called my home warranty to file a complaint and told me when they call Chelsea the parts were ordered the previous Monday which was different than I was told. Chelsea (AN) now informs me that one of the parts ordered won’t be in now until 28 March. This is where my bigger concern is, I have safety concerns with AN repairing my cook top as this is a gas appliance and this is the 4th time they will have worked on an appliance for me. HMS has informed me that they must give Appliance Network the chance to repair the cook top. My opinion Appliance Network is not capable of fixing this. The communication/ customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The fact that Chelsea has yelled at me the customer and hung up on me is justification that this company in unprofessional and my cook top will not be fixed to my satisfaction. I have also reached out to contact the owner of Appliance Network, J. Milligan and Chelsea will not even allow me to speak with him nor has he answered my request to call.

Their reviews absolutely speak for themselves. Besides the two owners who left 5 star reviews for their own company. Their 5 star reviews arent even from real people. Notice they say "Google Users" pathetic that they have to review their own company. DONT TRUST THEM First I paid $59.99 for them to come out and diagnose my problem. They told me it was the pressure switch. I then paid $147.00 for them to fix this problem that didnt fix the problem. He then wanted to charge me another $300 due to there being more to fix. Even though the they told me first it was only the pressure switch. If they had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, I then could have made an educated decision on if I wanted to go ahead with the repair. But instead they misdiagnosed the issue and refused to give me my money back. They also refused to come out and fix the rest of it. Even though I had a 90 day warranty in parts and labor. After fighting with them and them threatening me with their attorney, because I posted a review about them, they finally came out and fixed part of the problem which In the end fixed my overflowing problem but now my washer wont change cycles which it never did before. Moral of the story, read reviews on a company before you hire them.

I purchased a refrigerator February of 2017. The staff in the store were very nice and helpful. However, within a 2 month period, the refrigerator had the same problem 3 times of leaking water onto the floor. The owner of Appliance Network kept insisting on sending a technician to "fix" the problem. After the 4th time that he wanted to send a tech out for the SAME issue, I politely asked the lady who runs the store to ask the owner if I could just have a refund and move on. The owner agreed to give a refund only if I delivered the refrigerator back to the store. I thought this was fairly ridiculous after they sold me a junk refrigerator in the first place. I ended up telling them I would pay the $40 delivery charge for them to come get the refrigerator. (the house was literally 7 minutes from their store). The lady at the store agreed to do this........that was 2 months ago and I have not heard from them since. Not only was I out the money I paid for their junk refrigerator, but I had to go buy a new refrigerator. A very expensive lesson learned on my part unfortunately, while the owner of the store came out like a bandit......and I am just guessing is not affected much by having a very dissatisfied customer.

I bought a fridge, stove, and a front load washer and dryer set. I bought the nicest looking appliance I could find in the store. The dryer stopped working 27 days after I bought it. It was warrantied for 30 days. They told me they would send out a technician to fix it. After not hearing anything from them for 3 days I called them back and they said it was no longer under warranty. Now less then 6 months later the fridge no makes loud noises and no longer keeps a cold temperature. Still waiting on the stove and the washer to break down. Im certain at this point they will.

As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it can be to get a square deal out of a company. This was never the case with the Appliance Network. I rarely write 5 star reviews, but I feel my experience warrants one. They were very forthcoming and transparent from the word go. I personally have had zero problems with any appliance I have ever purchased from this facility. Every interaction I have had with them has been pretty pleasant. Based off of all my experiences, I would highly recommend their services.

I called the day before to get time and location and they told me they are open till 6. I emailed the morning of to ask them a few questions about a set I was interested in purchasing and that I would be there around 5:30. I arrived at the store at 5:30 and it was closed. I will not be buying from them due to the fact that if they can not stick to the hours they set ... then why would I trust their word on the product.

Scam Home warranty companies and put on 3 parts because you don’t have a good tech to diagnose correctly . Every Pierson who has worked here has put 5 stars. This company is the shadiest to work with and make sure u see all parts before they replace and why they are bad: they will install multiple parts until they fix your appliance and they charge for every single one even if it doesn’t need it
