Awful Service here as well. I wasted two afternoons of work to have these guys show up one day and do nothing but tell me they thought my washer was fine and then wait a week and not show up the second time. I was really mad that they said they would be at my house close to noon and then I had to call them at 2:30 and they didnt return my call until 4:40 only to say they were not going to make it but they could come at the end of next week! I explained to the poor girl I was not happy with the service and ask if I should talk to a owner/manager and she said the Owner was the one who didnt call or make the appointed time. Hopefully the girl answering the phone finds a better job soon. I had also called earlier in the week to see if they would order a part before they wasted another trip and they said they would call back and never did. It would have taken them over a month to fix my washer if I had waited on them! I ordered the part myself from a great online source with real techs that can tell you whats wrong AppliancePartsPros and got the part the next day fixed it myself in 20-30 minutes. Lesson Learned

Stuckwisch Appliances in Brownstown are great. They sell the same appliances that the big box stores sell for virtually the same prices. They have all very friendly, LOCAL people that work there. They are owned by a couple of LOCAL people. When you pay maybe $10-20 more for an appliance than you would at Lowes or comparable stores, it is benefiting our local economy. If you have questions about what appliance or features are the best, they will tell you the truth. Then they deliver it for free and install it for a negligibly small amount, by smart, experienced people, not just the lowest paid high-school-drop-out they could hire. If said appliance ever breaks down, Marty will fix it quickly and inexpensively. Try to get that done by Lowes or any other store! I just custom ordered another whole kitchen full of appliances for our new house. Best appliance people to deal with, no question about it.

Awful Service. This is the second time we have had to use this company and they have given us an absolute run-around both times. They have not shown up twice without notice, not recorded a schedules appointment another time, there are always "parts not in yet", etc. Both times we have called to have them service our washer, it has taken a month or more to get the appliance fixed and the communication with them within that time has been horrid. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Buyer beware. These guys did a factory authorized service on my Electrolux. They couldnt get the factory systems to work, so they sent the money Electrolux owes them to collection - 1.5 years later. The owner is rude, she is nasty, and wouldnt recommend doing any business with them. By the way, the repairs are horrible. The expensive dryer makes more sound now than before the service. Stuckwisch appliances = redneck money grabbers = unethical rip off people.

More accurately, Zero stars. Our home warranty company is contracted with them. I would not recommend them. The tech came and broke something else, causing another problem. After a second unsuccessful trip to our house, we are back to where we started with the original problem. Of course, we still have to pay for the work that they did, which was nothing. So, we are out a fee to be exactly where we started.

Awful service. They came out to my home 3 or 4 different times. They kept ordering new parts, and making new appointments had no clue how to fix my dishwasher. I ended up buying a new one and they still want their money for not fixing it.

Terrible repair service. They dont return calls and if they bother to answer the phone they never have an answer for your inquiry. They will always "call you back" but they never do. Most frustrating situation I have ever dealt with.
