My Neighbor purchased a dryer from this Home Depot and needed my help getting it home so I went with her so we could load it on my truck. The sales person instructed us to park at the main door and he would bring it up there so we could load it in 5-10 minutes . After 25 minutes passed we went in to see what the hold up was , needless to say it was sitting there inside about 20 feet from the door . She asked if it was hers and the lady said yes the sales guy brought it up there 20 minutes ago. So we grabbed the cart and headed out the door , no one was following to help me load it so I asked if she could get someone to help me load it on my truck . I was told there was no one to help me ! This is rediculous when my neighbor just spent 300$ on a dryer and they dont even have the decency to tell you its ready to load or give help loading it. Luckily for me a customer overheard us and offered to help me ,my neighbor was older and not able to help.I will never buy appliances from this location again nor will my neighbor!

I drove 3 hours to the Lowes next door for a washer and dryer since its the closest one to my daughters new apartment. I had done my research, knew exactly which models I wanted, and they were on sale along with a cash-back rebate that expires this weekend. After being told by a relatively unconcerned sales associate at Lowes that they were "out" of the washer model and there was nothing they could do for me, I drove over to this Home Depot. I found the washer model I wanted, and I was greeted within seconds by a motivated and very pleasant sales associate named San. Throughout the entire transaction, which only took about 15 minutes due to her exceptional proficiency, she was patient, courteous, and extremely helpful. I walked out with my receipt and a delivery date for my daughters new washer and dryer, smiling at the way San turned a chore I KNEW would be tedious and painful into an easy and enjoyable experience. Thats real customer service!

Terrible shopping expierence. My mother,my daughter, and I came into the store this morning Sept.1.2017 at 10:00 am. And we were looking at doors. A guy name MIKE( white with glasses and a half spot in his head) was sitting at the desk fumbling with locks. We told him what we wanted. He told us that they charge 35 bucks for measurements then they have to see what they could do. He went to saying he was going to have to ask us to come back to talk to somebody. He called for someone to help us. Nobody came. Heres my thing: if he is sitting at millwork desk, he knows the 35 dollar measurement fee, why the hell did he not serve us? We decided to just leave...should have file a complaint. Maybe I will....

Never have I posted a bad review, but in the 15 years I have owned my home I have always shopped home depot. I have completely remodeled my 100 year old home and purchased everything from them. The service has gone from excellent to now nobody cares not even the management. I tried to purchase shingles and the slot was empty, after finally finding someone to help, you could tell they were irritated that I even asked for help. Hello, Im trying to spend my money in your store. I guess I have to shop Lowes now. I will go where my HARD EARNED money is appreciated and I am at least acknowledged.

They not only did not have what i wanted in stock. but they also had a sales agent in the garden center who absolutely had no knowledge about plants whatsoever. Nor was she willing to get off of her lazy ass to help a customer look either. She just sat there at the register and pointed to a section where she think it might be and began to say how they had them last week but dont know what is or isnt there now. Im like: uhh but you work here and you dont know what you have in stock of the main area where you work..smh

Great store with friendly old men from Brooklyn. Especially the guy in the paint department. At first he seemed rude, but was oddly helpful and got us exactly what we needed. I wont shop anywhere else for home improvement supplies. Not to mention, Home Depot is almost always less than Lowes. But Lowes does have legit Husky tools. But I digress. Shopping at this Home Depot is like taking an stroll through Brooklyn on a winters morning asking for directions from the locals.

Bought 2 echo hedge trimmers. Used them 3 times and was charged $150 when they went back for repairs in less than a year. I also had a ryobi pressure washer that had to go back for repairs 60 days after I bought it. I was charged. It was a fitting between pump and soap dispenser. I will no longer buy any piece of equipment from Home Depot. I will buy locally from a dealer that also repairs because THEY STAND BEHIND A WARRANTY.

Very disappointed. Needed help finding a dishwasher and they just pointed me in the direction. After sitting there about 10 minutes waiting to see if maybe 1 of the 3 guys was going to come I decided to leave. On my way out a young lady in the carpet area did ask if I needed help but by that time my mind wad made up to just go to Lowes.

As far as home depots go, Ive gotten the least assistance here from any Ive ever been too. Normally, an employee will see the confused look on your face and come to help you. Not here, its like Lowes... Youve gotta go find and interrupt somebody to get the help you need.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I returned an electric weed eater (it worked, but the battery life was subpar, needed 5 charges to do the yard). Only 1 self checkout offered cash, but none could print receipts at the time.

Ordered an outdoor furniture set from this Home Depot and they failed to show up on three seperate delivery dates. It took an extra two weeks and hours on hold with the store to finally get it delivered to our house.
