Bought a stackable w/d for $750. Sensor in dryer was to be replaced as it did not dry on more than one cycle. On delivery day, after all hooked up, delivery men told me "Oh, we are to tell you you can only dry on the 60 minute cycle. The sensor wasnt replaced." I have tried for 3 days to get a call back to see if I am getting refunded partial payment since my dryer only works on the 60 minute cycle. If I dont get a response in a couple of days, since I have been sitting on hold once again to talk to the manager, I will let the Atty Generals Office handle it. ADDENDUM: John the owner finally got on the phone and told me the sensor is on order and when it comes in, they will call me to put it on. I will trust their word. We will see.

I believe this is owned by a businessman who sells decent to great quality gently to very used equipment at a good price. I have bought a washer in the past and now a dryer. Products came with 90 day warranty, which we did have to use 1 time during that time frame and otherwise the used washer we paid $250 for has been doing well still 2 yrs later. One of the only issues is that some of the sticker prices are high initially and also the stoves could be cleaned up more to look more acceptable for new buyers, other than that I am a repeat customer and recommend this business.

Decent used appliances, decent prices. They are willing to haggle on prices, and they helped us get rid of some junk appliances, so we didnt have to take care of it ourselves. We did have an issue with our new (used) fridge not quite fitting under the cabinet. We had measured, and they assured us it would fit, but I wish that they would have actually measured it while we were there. It is about a quarter of an inch too tall.

Spent about 5 minutes here and an employee was talking to a lady about a belt that was to big and he basically talked to her like she was a child and told her she put it on wrong.. will never buy anything from here. Very rude and terrible prices.. save your money and go somewhere else!

They sold me a washer that leaked. I asked for my money back several times, the owner kept putting me off.They no showed an appointment to fix the problem. I am out $700 and have appliances that do not work. I will not shop here again.

We got a washer & dryer from here, the dryer is still running washer lasted 3 years!! They even delivered & offered to take our old washer that didnt work. Highly recommend them!!
