I bought a Riccar Brilliance Upright fron this place in 7-2009, the owner gave me a heck of a deal and really thanked me for coming so far out of my way--Im in Greenwood and Hes north about 30 miles...I got the top "brilliance" model for about 35% off retail...he even said I could trade up if I wanted to down the road...Might take him up on it. There is another level of uprights above the brilliance models and we have loved this model so much i think it might be time to trade up.

We went to see about getting our Sanitaire fixed. The young man was so pleasant and helpful. Changed my belt for free so I can get a little more life out of my 16yo baby. Will definitely go back when needed. They except trade ins and donate machines. Wonderful family business with much higher quality machines than online. Thanks Ace!

Went in bit desperate because I could not figure out how to change the bag on cleaner. Person was so helpful, showing me how, changing it and even cleaning out the inside of cleaner. I think it says a lot about the type of business they run. Will be back when I have a real problem with the cleaner.
