Let me start with a positive. This store has a fairly good selection of products and is clean and organized. Now, as far as my experience went, I was really let down by the customer service and did not feel valued as a customer. I recently bought a 24" TV to use on my desk for gaming and computing. The product is good, but dont be fooled by the misleading sign information which listed the tv as having 1 Component input, 1 Composite input, and 2 HDMI. While it does have the 2 HDMI, the Component and Composite are a shared port so you cannot have two devices plugged in as you may think. There was not a floor display of this model and when I returned later after discovering the discrepancy, the sales associate I was working with (weird guy with funny looking mustache, who mumbled when he talked and was difficult to hear) did not apologize or empathize, but rather tried to sell me on another piece of equipment. This attitude made me feel less valued as a customer and more so as a way to pad this guys commission check. In fact, he was not willing to admit there was anything wrong with the signage until I asked him, "Do you understand why this would be confusing to customers, especially without a floor display?" This store has a great potential to be a "Go-To" store for electronics needs, especially in the area its located in, but will always suffer as long as the sales staff continues to focus on sales instead of providing quality customer service.

Purchased a 13.12 foot Monster Fiber Optic Cable to hook up the brand new TV we bought from Electronic Express. $59.99. Brought it home, it was 42 inches long. The store is 30 miles of drive time. Called the store. Initially the Assistant Store Manager tried to convince me that I bought a short cord. I explained that the box said 13.12 feet. Multiple times-I explained this. I happen to know the difference between 13.12 feet and 42 inches. And thank you for telling me that "you know its just a sound cable, right?" Im actually not stupid-Mr. Assistant Store Manager. What I purchased was not in the package. If I made the mistake-yes I should have to drive the 30 miles to return it. But I was given the wrong item-likely a return that was not checked before it was re-sold. Why should the consumer have to foot the bill for that? The store should bring me the right cable. If the pizza company can bring dinner, the electronic express people can bring the correct cable-or give me the gas money. I should have read the google reviews for this store before I made my purchases there. Assistant Store Manager said that he is completely aware of the Google reviews for his store and that they are most likely "plants". This review is not a plant. This review is from a consumer that wont buy from Electronic Express of Tullahoma again. Havent opened the TV box yet-stay tuned-we might have a review sequel.

Some of their stuff can be a bit pricier than it should be but then there are times where they do actually have good sales. If you go there and tell them you know exactly what you are looking for they wont be pushy,but if you act like you arent sure about a product or product category some of the staff may end up getting a bit pushy towards certain products with a high price tag but not necessarily the quality to back it up (wanted to push a Bose system that was over priced for its performance when I could have gone elsewhere and gotten the same quality from a set of Klipsch speachers for about half to two thirds the price). So choose your words and products wisely when you go. They could help for a quicker more stress free shopping/browsing trip.

We needed a fridge. Badly. We narrowed our short list of refrigerators to one model that matched all our demanding criteria. After being told by the local big box home improvement store that they had none in stock, none at the warehouse and would have to order it from the manufacturer, we stopped at Electronic Express on the off-chance that they MIGHT have one. Not only did they have one on display for us to look at, they had several in the warehouse! We were treated remarkably well by everyone: no high pressure sales tactics at all! We paid for the fridge and an impressive 5-year extended protection plan (trust me, theyre often worth it). Delivery is tomorrow... if delivery is anything like the purchase process, I have no worries. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Calling the store in Tullahoma TN, at 9:03pm, gets the phone answered, disrespectful attitude, indifference, and eventually they hang up, while you are still asking them questions. Initially after the phone was answered, I was interrupted while asking a question of whether they had a product I was looking for, to be told "We just closed", to which I reply, "So that means you cant answer questions?" His next reply was "Yep", and then when I was asking another question, the loser of an employee hung up the phone. There goes any chance of buying anything from Electronic Express EVER! This incident, I will make sure to tell others about... the type of employees Electronic Express employs and how they deal with customers.

Couldnt get anyone to help us. Finally got to talk with the woman in charge of contracts to buy over time. Woulnt tell us how much the exact total cost paid unless wed sign a contract. Estimated $1486 for a $699 couch if paid in full on the 11th month. She Got madder and madder the more info i tried to get. Wont go back. Factory furniture in Cowan sold me a couch 12 months same as cash.

Bought a nice Samsung Smart TV from them. Experience was perfect, all questions and concerns were dealt with professionally and to top it off I got a good deal. Ive bought several other items from them to. I usually call ahead of time to see if they have what Im looking for and they always say theyll have it waiting at the front register for me, saves me a lot of time.

I bought a Nikon cool pixs camera. They only had the display model available. Once i got out of the store the charger wasnt in the box. The gave me an off brand charger that wont even hook up to my computer. I spent 2 hours in there trying to purchase a camera after they brought out to the counter. And they only gave me a $10 discount for giving me the floor model.

First time doing business with Electronic Express. Ill be going back. Went in to look at/possibly buy a tablet. Our salesman (Damien) was extremely helpful and straight forward. Didnt feel pressed to buy anything and didnt feel pressed to purchase the most expensive tablet they sold. Just presented with the facts in a very helpful, patient, and friendly way.

This companys selective return policy and personnel are set against you. Television doesnt work right? Buy an extra cable you dont need? Tough luck. They will fight you on returns. Find a better price elsewhere? Tough luck... guess you should go elsewhere. I will never do business with these people again. I honestly prefer Walmart and that is sad.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a good deal on a washer and dryer. I checked prices at other local stores and online and they had the best prices for the type of appliances I was looking at. The salesman was not pushy and very helpful in giving me all the information I was needing. Delivery was fast and the men were helpful and friendly.
