Went to all the big-box stores looking for particular style of appliances and couldnt find anything in stock. Bargain supply has the best selection and best prices. Rather than waiting 2 weeks for a franchise store to get stock, Bargain Supply had what we wanted in stock and worked with us on delivery. And then we went to the rest of the store where they have almost anything home improvement or hardware related. Found my new favorite store.

When my recent purchase did not live up to my expectations, Phil, the salesman who had helped me, arranged for a replacement easily,quickly, and agreeably. They also have great customer service--they let me return a washer I hated and were very nice about it. If you have any problems, they really go the extra mile for you. We recently bought a new washing machine there and everyone was very helpful. We ended up buying a unit that was too big to fit in our house, and they took care of the issue and worked very hard to help us find a smaller unit. You wont get that kind of service from a big box store.

I liken Bargain Supply to a super sized neighborhood hardware store. They have a large contingent of pros who shop there and they stock the supplies they need at 10-30% off what the big box store prices. You can rest assured they will skip on the brands you shouldnt be buying.
