Worst experience i had during my entire life was when i tried to talk with the lady responsible of the place about my complaint. I bought this dinning table around Christmas time the lady told me it will be ready to pickup at 4:00 pm so I went to rent a U-hall and the minute we got the truck I had a phone call from this lady it was around 4:30 that she needs to close at 5:00 even though the working hours listed says 10:00am-7:00pm. any way missing my whole other plans to pick other stuff from the way i went directly to her and picked the table. When I arrived home we opened the box and assembled the table to find a deep scratch on the edge, and one of the chair fabric was torn. I went back after two weeks with the chair in my car, the lady was not there there was a man so i told him and he exchanged the chair for me but he told me i need to bring the table if i want to exchange it but he will give me the one on display not a new one! and he suggested i go to home depot and buy some paint and fix the scratch my self! I went back couple of times but the place was closed even during working hours so i guess they just dont respect the business hours!! after another 2 weeks i went back hoping to find the lady who sold me the table as she seemed nice when i bought the table and there she was. once I told her about the scratch on the table she became some other person denying that she ever told me if anything happens to the table to bring it back and that the warranty is only if the pieces would come loose and only for one month. ( Even though when i got the table she told me anything happens just bring it back) and then she started shouting and walking away would not listen to me and even when i told her I know that a warranty covers anything she told me if this is like in your country go back to your country!!! ( okay i have an accent but so does she! I felt terrible and extremely offended. So i left the place and told her will file a complaint so she said okay do what ever you want. Worst experience ever avoid that place as they dont respect the clients nor the working hours.
