Hands down the best experience Ive had shopping for furniture in the Inland Empire. From the moment I stepped into the door I was treated with gracious hospitality thats hard to come by in this day and age. The prices were competitive and fair and the lady that helped me guided me through a variety of options; she really knows her stuff. We all know navigating through the colossal catalogues, finding what youre looking for can be a daunting task. I couldnt decide between a classical and contemporary living room set. What impressed me the most was the stores concern for my needs instead of just pushing high priced items. They took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Ended up settling on a contemporary look and Im proud to say it turned my house into a home. Currently the envy of all my coworkers after hosting a dinner party and its all thanks to Discount Furniture! Cant wait to come back and pickup a bedroom set, after I finish up some remodeling. If youre thinking about upgrading your house into a tasteful exquisite home, dont hesitate and go there today. I believe they are open everyday of the week!

This place was AWESOME! When I first walked in I was greeted by this beautiful Albanian princess. She was so pleasant. Just a few feet in the door I had already spotted my furniture. I was super excited, the Albanian woman Unida was very helpful and patient with me because I was asking questions, dancing in excitement lol. This was my first time shopping for furniture and it was the best experience every. I got the color I always wanted "dark chocolate"- so sexy... I will be going back to purchase more items.

Put down a deposit for a new futton so I can come back for it the next day. Well she didnt have it no more and was trying to sale me the display one . It been seat on, eat on, etc. Said she will order a new one will be in next day. Wasnt in. Try to get my deposit back and was denied it back. Still trying to sale the display one. I will not go back or even referral anyone to there. Look somewhere else and found it cheaper.

Was sold on something I didnt really want them was called to only have the order further delayed. The Albanian lady became very rude when I voiced my concerns. Hard to believe all these reviews stating their customer service was excellent. Its possible for shops like these to make their own reviews by creating fake accounts. Never again will I give them my business.

Where do I start.. My family has know discount furniture for alot of years and have always bought our furniture from them! Great experience and wonderful product! Owner and employee are awesome and very help and will do whatever it takes to help you out! I definetly recommend them for all furniture needs!!! Overall great and awesome furniture store!

Great experience! Good quality products and AWESOME prices. They also have a no credit needed financing so I could get all my furniture home tonight. You only need a bank account for 90 days. Took me 5 min to fill out app and got instant approval. Will be back again. Thanks for all the great decorating advise you really saved me Joy!!!!

Excellent service took back rails and gave new ones because they didnt fit and shes very polite same day delivery for free in some Case and has financing available that help me out so much took it home the same day and I highly recommend this place for future furniture buying needs and store music is off the hook

Very bad experience only one guy to deliver, my daughter had to help and guide him got to bring it to the door not only that he just left the furniture on front door and furniture was damaged. I went to let the owner know and basically she said as long as it was delivered its not her problem.

Customer service is very awful an if you get approved for the 90 day loan they will run up your credit even if you get one thing that $300 the loan approves for $1500 they will tell the finance company you got $1500 worth of merchandise which is not true there scamer
