Horrible service. My husband and I went in October 2015 and bought a sectional couch a dresser and a dining table. I was pregnant at the time so the dresser was going to be for my babys clothes. We had them keep it on layaway because we were planning to move out but havent found a place yet and we got it through financing. We went back to pick up the dresser in December because I was due on January and we still havent found a place. We told David we are ONLY picking up the dresser. So that was that. Now its April 2016 we found a place and we went down to tell them to deliver to our new address. They couldnt find my information for like 30min they were going in circles and telling me through my receipt that I havent paid for my furniture when it actually said I didnt make a down payment because I didnt. It turns out that they filed that I picked up everything. All of my furniture not just the dresser when we specifically told David we were just picking up the dresser. He then said he would call me Monday to say what time they were going to be delivered Tuesday. No call. We called late Monday and they said they call back. And again no call. I called Tuesday again and they said delivery was at 7. They delivered by 6 but they went to the wrong address because David didnt give them the new one. Luckily it was my moms house so she called my husband. So unorganized. Dont come here. Worst experience .

I have bought several pieces of furniture from BCS over the last ten years and have also recommended family members as well. Nearly all of the big name stores and mom and pop furniture stores shut down and have been replaced in that time. Small businesses like this stay open because of referrals and recommendations from customers. I dont feel that Elsas comment represents the quality and price of furnture that BCS provides its customers--I should know since I and several of my friends and family have purchased from them on multiple occasions.

STAY AWAY: My mom and I made the terrible mistake of buying from this furniture store. We bought a dining table set and a living room set. The manager, David, sent to our house used furniture. We were given the furniture that was on display! We returned the furniture because he had placed an order for NEW furniture, and it cost $2200. It took the manager over 1 month to deliver the replacement furniture, after we had called the store a dozen times. BSC Furniture will deceive costumers. The dissatisfaction is guaranteed.
