DO NOT TRUST this place with your items unless your only other option is throwing them out. they will damage your items you leave with them for sale. loose,misplace, steal? your items. I placed about 15 nice items in their hands to sell. over the 3 month contact 5 sold. when i came to collect the other 10 items. they told me I had to search through their whole inventory to find my items. a few were found with large scratches in them. out of the 10 items I came to collect. I was only able to find 6 in their store. They are of no ehlp and tell you if you fail to collect your items they become property of the store. (nice way to cheat sellers out of them items and the money). I WILL NEVER USE THIS CONSIGNMENT STORE AGAIN. Id rather donate it to goodwill then have these people cheat me.

I think I outfitted each room of my house I was redecorating with a piece of very good conditioned and very reasonably priced furniture. I love my dining room table and chairs. I love my living room accent chair. I love my large microfiber, kid friendly ottoman. I just love that I found such special pieces and theres always something new to look at when I go. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was required to purchase the table with the chairs it was paired with and the chairs I wanted. But they reconsigned the ones I didnt want and I got a check for almost $300. It was great.

"A treasure hunt" are the words that come to mind when I think of Consignment Classics, as in you have no idea what you will see when you visit, but chances are that you will be surprised by something that you like a lot. They seem to be busy bringing new things in, and taking out things that people are purchasing. The prices werent bad, and prices get lower the longer things are at the store, so some prices may surprise you. I like stores that have new things in them, because you might end up coming across something completely unexpected. As I said, a treasure hunt.

Awesome. Over the past ten years, we have sold stuff here for more than we could have sold it for on Craigslist and we have purchased furniture and furnishings here in "like new" condition for a third of the retail price. For example, we have right now in our living room a magnificent 9-foot designer couch that is $7,000 in showrooms.... we got it for $1,000.. new. Try it... youll like it. Horrible experience from Pauls transport delivery to Encinitas store , whereby Paul cursed at me and pushed me against wall to me delivering to store personally and dealing with rude employees. Left message for store Manager, who never called me back. At this time I have not done business with them and never will ! There are other options -- we should all use our other options.

Found a great coffee table, employees are quick to help. The table wouldnt fit in my tiny car, so they took the legs off for me got it to fig in the car and then gave me a tool to take home and keep to put the legs back on. Easy peezy.

Its too bad that the employees are HORRIBLE, rude, ignorant and waspy elitists because occasionally there are awesome treasures inside. However the lack of customer service is a memorable deterrent.

Dropped a nice estate coffee table off and never heard back or was called to say that that it didnt sell. Just found out it was given away. Wont do business again with them. Fool me once..
